I was not home when John came from AAA, however my husband was. John was extremely well priced, very friendly and on time, came to clean our chimney and even cleaned our water heater reserve tank that was full and giving us trouble free of charge...which was above and beyond what was asked of him. I have already recommended AAA to two friends who will also be calling for service from AAA and will definitely using them again in the future.

They were on-time and communicated well beforehand. They were friendly and cleaned up very well. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I hired AAA-Anderson's for duct cleaning. I thought they were very nice, friendly, and professional. Even when I first called to get an estimate, they provided me with an explanation of what service would be provided and were very helpful. Based on one other estimate I received, I thought AAA-Anderson's price was fair. I definitely will use their services again.

Competent and friendly Got the job done quickly and so far it seems this was well done. No pressure, and i DID upgrade the estimate to have additional work done while they were here. My decision. Also, they made a referral to another service provider for some things they don't do. I love word of mouth when the work is well done.

Overall, not bad. They cleaned an inspected our chimney in about half an hour and didn't make a big mess. They convinced me of the need for a cage on top of the chimney and came back out to install that a few days later.

They didn't clean all of my vents and left a huge mess all over my basement. Very disappointed with the job that they did.

I asked them to clean my fireplace. They were professional and completed the job well. They described they also perform maintenance on Air conditioning/Furnace. I will likely use them again for my future needs.
