I got an immediate response to my call. They came the next day - and were on time as scheduled. The problem was diagnosed and a part had to be ordered. I was given an estimate which was very reasonable and was not charged an additonal service charge for the part installation. I was given a very reasonable price for the duct cleaning as well. Pleasant, professional and efficient. My work was completed 3 days after I first contacted them. I would hire them agian in a heartbeat.
