The techs were early and very professional. They spent the extra time to ensure that every thing was working correctly before they left. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and were very respectful of our home.

AAA-Anderson arrived on tiime, worked quickly and efficiently to clean out the vents to both water heaters (dead squirrel and dead bird blocking the flow of air through the vents), then came back to put a screen over the chimney so this won't happen again. While they were in my home, they took a look at the range oven which was not heating and found that the electric starter was cracked, so they put in a new one (which they had with them) and solved the problem! They are a husband and wife team who are friendly, industrious, and well-prepared to clean out chimneys and repair appliances. Best of all, their prices are reasonable.

By phone, they gave an estimate of time and cost to repair my refrigerator, and then, came and made the repair just as they estimated. Prompt, clean, courteous, and professional.

Our refrigerator could not be fixed but the Anderson's came out, were prompt, neat and very informative. They attempted a fix but it turned out the machine needed to be replaced. Even so, we had to have that information and they came out twice to try to make it work. Very pleasant people and nice work. I highly recommend them.

Prompt, friendly, reliable--didn't have the part we needed for our dishwasher but called several retailers to get the best price for us. They returned to install the part without an extra service fee. Great service!
