Workers showed up on time (called when on route), were very professional, and it was obvious they had a lot of experience in doing this kind of work. They even offered suggestion(s) with regard to other appliances (washer / fireplaces) that proved to be very valuable. While they were here, they also offered to clean our two gas fireplaces at a reduced cost (since they were already on site). When cleaning our one fireplace, they pointed out that the original installer had set up the fake logs incorrectly, and that was causing a build up of soot in the fireplace and on the glass. They corrected the problem. Great work, neat (used drop cloths), efficient, and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Though they came to clean out my dryer vent, I also learned they cleaned gas fireplaces and was able to have that done during the same service call. A win-win for me!

They did all cleaning without moving the dryer, I was expecting them to.

They were honest and told me I didn't need the roto brush service due to lack of build up. They cleaned a bunch of other things at a discount. Educated me and showed me what they were doing. Will use them again in the future.

I have a dryer that has a long vent to the outside. Other companies have gone through the dryer and got "stuck" then went outside and went into the vent until they got "stuck". The guys kept working at it to get their tool to go through the bend and all the way through- they said it was almost blocked in that area. Glad no dryer vent fire! They also cleaned the furnace and ducts, and the fireplace. They even cleaned the fireplace glass door- the guy said it wasn't included but he didn't want to sit around while the other guy was finishing up so he went ahead and cleaned it :-) I would definitely hire this company again.

Service was fast, professional and friendly

This service was outstanding. The price was right, the work ethic was top notch, the guys stuck me as honest and professional and I learned some things about my gas fireplace and furnace. I ended up having them do my ducts/vents, gas fireplace, dryer and furnace. Happy happy.

They were super friendly and gave me a lot of very valuable free heating and air conditioning maintaining advice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing needing reasonably priced quality air duct & vent cleaning or other heating & airconditioning related services.

They did the best job ever. For my 1st experience in duct cleaning, they were through, and professional. I would definitely rehire them again. Only wished they had a membership plan or a maintenance plan for all my appliances and ducts so I could do this every year or two.

On time, very respectful of us and our home, kept us informed as they worked, gave us tips about filters and smells to expect when we turned our furnace back on. Very good job initially ---- just finished so don't know how it will be with time but feel OK about the job.

Would definately recommend AAA-Anderson for appliance repair-cleaning. They came to my home the same day to fix our 20 year old dryer. They swapped out an old part and were done within a reasonable time frame. VERY pleasant to deal with.

They were prompt and did a good job and I will use them again.
