They were very professional and explained the process to me beforehand. I thought the prices were reasonable. Overall I was very pleased with the services and will call them again when I need my ducts, fireplace and dryer cleaned.

We had our fireplace cleaned. The two gentlemen that came were early, courteous, professional and did an outstanding job. The price charged was exactly what I had been quoted and very reasonable. We definetly recommend AAA-Anderson's and will use them again in the future.

I have a newborn and my wife has allergies and specifically asked if they just blew the vents moving the dirt around. The owner stated that all the ducts are sealed and they rotobrush and blow each vent while sucking the dirt form the furnace. He assured me that they had a great process in place and believed in making sure the job was right and scheduled three hours. They only blew the ducts and I asked about the brush that is an up charge. The job only took an hour. I gave two stars because the ducts seem clean and the furnace does seem to be working better. If you do go with them I recommend the dryer vent cleaning while you are at it.

I would have appreciated a call before the crew arrived. ( like 15 minutes before they got to my address as I was not ready for them) They were professional and deligent in setting up things to clean my chimney, The wet/dry vacuum that they brought into the home could have been more efficent in that it was not equipped with a HEPA filter to filter out the exhaust air. And even though they took off their shoes, the carpet was soiled with some footprints of soot which I was able to easily vacuum up. They were pleasant and I would use your service again.
