Friendly guys. Found the problem asap and fixed it even faster. They were at my home maybe 20 minutes. The $80 trip charge is perhaps the only issue I have with 'value for my money'. I understand the need however. One very small issue: no hot water to the washer after they left. He walked me through it on the phone, and I fixed it, but I think that should have been an item on their checklist perhaps? What if I was 84 yrs old? :-)

They provided window of 1-3 but they arrived at 1 on the dot and the job was completed in 1 hour. The crew was friendly and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The repairman was honest about the condition of our washer and what it would cost to repair it. After talking it over we decided to buy a new washer. The repairman was great!

AAA cleaned my dryer vent and duct....they were very customer service oriented....arrived promptly and didn't make a mess....I was satisfied with their work and the price!

Although they arrived on time, they did not use drop cloths or other protection on my carpet as the tubing was dragged through the house. Above, below and in each of the vents, the dust and debris was blown out into the house. I had to vacuum the ceiling, picture frames, walls and carpet around each vent. Some vents were not replaced and some furniture was not put back in its original place. My humidifier was disassembled and left on the laundry room floor. My vents are obviously clean because all of the dirt came out around the vents into the house. The owner was not polite when confronted with the mess from the vents.
