GREAT response time. 30 seconds after I clicked submit on the service magic website a representative from AAA-Anderson Appliance Repair called me (this was at 6:00pm). I had a broken dishwasher. They came out the very next day and fixed it. Great company!

Very professional and timely! I was desperate for my washer pump to be repaired -- we were going out of town and the machine stopped and locked up. No one could come at a last minute request. John was awesome! He said he understood my dilemma and would take care of it! And he did -- immediately and efficiently. I definitely recommend this owner/contractor for your repairs! I always prefer to hire the owner/contractor of a company who also does the service work. They care more and value the customer's loyalty and needs. I appreciated their honesty advising me that it would be too expensive to try to repair and restore my 1960's oven. He gave me good advice on a brand to purchase that would be easiest to operate and service.

AAA-Anderson's Appliance Repair and Furnace Duct Cleaning did what they said they were going to do, did it on time, and were not afraid to work. They had a great attitude! We were very happy!

I had some deterioration of the bricks on my chimney repaired and sealed. I was very happy with the service I recieved. Mr. Anderson was very honest about the problem he saw when he inspected my chimney and what repairs were needed. I had told him I suspected a different (and more costly problem to fix). He completely impressed me by not suggesting the more costly repair. I would trust him fo all my chimney/roof repair needs and will recommend him to my friends and family.

Were right on time -- did a great job -- actually did more than was contracted -- very personable and very respective of our new house -- will certainly use again next year!!

This team was great but it was not what I had expected. (better) understand this I will never think something like this was a good value because I hate spending money on something my parents never spent money on even if it was a good thing and needed

They responded quickly, good price and were on time.

They have correctly identified the problem over the phone for the two different jobs I had them out for. They also told me over the phone when another item seemed to need repair, but really needed to be replaced, that having them out would be a waste of money for us. I appreciate their honesty, quick response and knowledgeable service. They have come out the same day for both problems I needed fixed. The cost has always been as low as predicted over the phone, and I couldn't be more pleased with them.

Very good and helpful with advise

Very nice couple that works together on projects. They were very prompt returning my call and came on short notice. Price was fair and they did not try to upsell me on anything which was greatly appreciated. They also were only chimney cleaning company I talked to that would deal with nesting animals in chimney. Have already recommended them to a co-worker.
