Prompt. Courteous. Fast (about 25 minutes to clean the chimney). But it is impossible to know whether they adequately cleaned the chimney because I cant crawl up there. If a fire starts then I will degrade their rating. A different) (more expensive) chimney cleaning service advertise that they "start from the top" which is better for technical reasons that may or may not be true. What do I know about the details of chimney cleaning? My service started from the bottom. So it goes. It is hard for a postmodernist like me to come to a firm conclusion about anything. Everything is too complicated.
