No parts replaced only a stuck valve, caused by calcium build up. The repairman pushed the value up and down then applied a lubricant. Took about 5 minutes and he was done.

Although the 1st visit had a mis-diagnosis on the problem, the 2nd visit corrected the problem. Also, no 2nd trip charge and no additional labor charge for the 2nd visit. They freely admitted their mistake and did all in theirpower to make sure we were satisfied.

I was very happy with the work they did. I recently bought the house and had never used a wood burning fireplace before. The technicial was very patient and was willing to answer all of my questions about using and maintaining the fireplace.
