Excellent service. Set the appointment up over email and got a reasonable quote based on my address (I presume using google maps). Prompt reply to all email Arrived early and completed the work as promised. We had a couple of blockages to deal with but because the rest of the gutters were clean he appplied a discount on the spot. Honest and polite, excellent sevice, would absolutely use again.

Brian responded quickly to my request for an estimate, showed up on the designated day, and did a great job cleaning my extremely full gutters.

They came right away, and they did a great job considering we have a two-story house. They were even able to provide an accurate estimate by phone because they used satellite mapping on the Internet.

The overall experience was good. I was contacted via e-mail fairly quickly after requesting a quote. Paypal was an accepted payment method, which was very convenient. The quote price seemed okay for the amount of gutters that I was having cleaned, which was quite a few square feet. The only slightly disappointing part of the experience was that they blasted some of the debris from the gutters onto my garbage and recycling containers, and did not take the time to clean these off. This is a minor thing and overall the work done was good. They also scheduled the work fairly quickly after I agreed to the price, and arrived when scheduled.

It was a busy fall for me and I did not schedule getting my home gutters cleaned until the first week in December and temps had dipped into the freezing range. When I contacted Gutter Maids there were one or two days of higher than freezing temps that week and I was VERY happy that I was able to get an appt. Within days of the cleaning, we had a heavy snow so the work was performed just in time. It was hugely grateful for the responsiveness and flexiblity of Gutter Maids to do the work on what was likely the only day left this year to do the cleaning. The price was just what I expected and not as high as other quotes. Responsiveness, price and quality of work were important factors to me and all expectations were well met.

I went to the Gutter Maid's web site to ask for a quote. I got a quote within a few minutes. I then asked to be put on their schedule. Again, within a few minutes I got an email saying I was on their schedule for the following week. They came to our house the following week and cleaned the gutters. The crew that did the work was professional and friendly.

I used Angie's list to choose the company or gutter cleaning. He gave an estimate over the phone and the date to perform the cleaning. The company was prompt and performed the services with cleaning up the area. Excellent work.

I called Gutter Maids on Thursday May 31 to ask about cleaning the gutters on my house - two and a half stories high and a steeply pitched roof. No way I was going up there! Brian was on a job when I called, asked for my address saying he would look at my house using Google Maps and call me back with an estimate. He called back with an estimate of $150 which I knew was reasonable from previous estimates I have received, and said he could be out the following Monday around 10:00 am. Brian and his business partner arrived a few minutes before 10:00 am and promptly got started. Working from ladders and the roof, they finished clearing out the debris and flushing dirt and grit out with a hose in around an hour, and did not leave any debris in the yard. I did not know they also did tree work but noticed they were towing a large trailer with tree trimmings in it and decided to ask if they would be willing and able to also haul away a considerable amount of brush from a number of large bushes I had cut down. He agreed to do it for an additional $50, half the price of renting a chipper or saving me from having to cut them up small enough to put out with the yard waste recycling, so I considered it a bargain. They promptly hauled all the brush from my back yard, loaded it into their trailer, and took it away. Brian and his usiness partner impressed me honest and reliable, and did a very nice job. Definitely consider them if you have a need for one of the services they provide.

Brian is very professional and reliable. The day of service he sent me a text message informing me he was on the way, and arrived promptly on time. Our home has a leaf-gaurd system in place that is in poor shape - installed incorrectly and bent in places making access to the gutters difficult. Brian uses a ladder with special gaurds on them that prevent damage to the roof and gutters when it's leaned up against the house. He was able to access and clean our gutters removing a birds nest, mouse nest and a live hornets nest for no extra charge! He even researched the best method of removing our leaf gaurds which were tarred down to our roof shingles. Brian is honest, prompt, reliable, and I will definately be using his services again in the future for our gutter cleaning needs. I highly recommend you give him a call.
