Mike Braun with Gutter Maids was out today to clean our gutters and I was very impressed. Very professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. Will definitely hire again. They had great reviews on Nextdoor, and I agree with the great things everyone said about them.

The owner of the company called and apologized for their lack of communication. He told me they fixed the hangers and was sorry they left the hose reel disconnected. Also gave me a discount on the cost for my frustration.

The gutter cleaners spent approximately 15-20 minutes using leaf blowers to clean the gutters. They then blew the debris into the yard and left without cleaning up the yard.

It couldn’t have been better. I’ve been using Gutter Maids for three years and always found them to do a great job at a reasonable cost. The team is prompt, reliable, and they work quickly and well. I wouldn’t use anyone else. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I've used gutter maids for the last couple of years, whenever i need gutters cleaned, they are out within a few days. They do an excellent job and get on top of my roof with a leaf blower and hose to ensure the gutters are completely cleaned out. They even found a wasp nest once and removed it for me while they were working on the gutters. I should have been using them years ago instead of dealing with ladders and power lines.

Originally scheduled for a week ahead, Mike called several days early and moved us up. Earl arrived on time and went to work on our gutters. He flushed them out, cleaned up the ground all around the hose and was done in less than two hours. Very impressive.

I am so appreciative that Mike was able to help us out with our gutters. I completely forgot to schedule my cleaning ahead of time and by the time I called, his schedule was full. I emailed Mike to let him know that I was interested in gutter cleaning if he found time in his schedule but I would understand if he could not fit me in. He emailed me back within the day and said he would try to fit me in, and he was able to get my gutters done. Mike is the best, plus they really do a great job on the gutters!

Came as scheduled, worked quickly, cleaned up afterwards, spared me from climbing ladders. Perfect!

Mike responded to my request for an estimate almost immediately & was able to do the work the next day. Very professional. He pointed out where the vines had caused the shingles to rot (which I could also see from the window once the vines were removed) & offered the name of a roofing company that specialized in repairing cedar shingles.

They came out while I was at work. They were prompt and cleaned the gutters and left an invoice. Some downspouts seemed cleaned, but it's hard to tell what all they did since I wasn't around and I didn't know when they'd be stopping by. Gutters were cleared, though, and next time I would probably just ask to get a text message when they are heading over.

Quick and easy. The firm uses Google to identify your location and gives a quote based on that. The workers showed up, did the work, and cleaned up beautifully.

Great! I would hire Mike again. However, I am canceling my Angie's List membership. I ended up paying $25 more for the job because of the additional charge for extra linear foot of gutters over 75 feet. I was well aware of this "fine print" when I purchased the deal, and had no qualms about paying the additional fee. But as the Mike from Gutter Maids explained, his normal charge for a job my size would have been less. I would give Angie's List an F for comments I've heard about their practices, not just from this company, but every company I've worked with through Angie's List.

Service was provided promptly for a fair price.

Mike contacted me right away, and came out to my house within a couple of days to do the cleaning. He called to follow up the day afterwards with a summary of the work done, and recommendations for future maintenance of the gutters.

Gutter Maids was great. Their person came out two days after I called and did a very thorough job, cleaning out the gutters by hand and then with a hose. He put all the debris in a bag and everything stayed neat. I will definitely use Gutter Maids from now on. I heartily recommend them.

They came out within a week of calling during their busy season. He cleaned of all the branches etc off the roof, cleaned out the horribly clogged gutters and cleared the downspouts so the gutters could actually do their job. He did a phenomenal job....would definitely hire again!

responded to Angies List $99 special. I ended up paying almost twice that amount the additional $75 I was charged represents the exactly double the amount of coverage provided in offer (75 ft from offer + 75 ft additional charged). I have a single story 1,400 sq foot house with gutters on three sides, quotes from other providers were well below what was invoiced for this "special" discount. This business is running a scam to get home owners to prepay through Angies List for services then charge more once services are provided.
