We've had them clean our gutters at least a few times. I like Gutter Maids because I think they're an incredibly easy business to work with. When I first contacted them, I requested a quote via email. They responded quickly & were able to clean my gutters shortly thereafter (it was maybe even that day or the next, they just happened to be in my area). Talk about quick service! Every interaction with Gutter Maids has been like this. I love that I don't need to be home for them to do their work, so no need to try and coordinate with them. They just show up, do their thing & have done a great job of cleaning up all debris every time. They even assisted with and advised on some branches near my gutters. Super nice guys to work with!! Lastly - they bill me via email & I can just pay via Paypal (if that's what I prefer). I have NEVER worked with an easier group - this is the way you do business! I recommend them to all of my friends.

Responded quickly to an inquiry about gutter cleaning service. Work was to be done at a rental house, and I was pleased to learn that I did not have to be present when the workers showed up. Work was done within a couple of days of my inquiry. The only glitch was that I did not receive an invoice, which might have been an e-mail issue, until I contacted them later. Issue resolved once it was identified. I would definitely use them again.

Filled out a request form online. They emailed me back the next day. Job was done great and they were really great to work with. Best part is we did not have to be home and invoice was sent to my email.

Must have used a high pressure washer (I wasn't here) all the maple seeds were washed into my flower beds and left, Expanding downspout on garage was jammed full of seeds (was never removed for cleaning) and next large rainfall resulted in over flowing gutter. I contacted them and was told it was jammed up since they were here as it had been a few weeks. I did not appreciate having my mulch washed away and maple seeds left behind. I would not hire them again.

Never saw them personally...was at work when the job was done...and it was done perfect. Not a spot on my lawn or around the house at all. Gutters had not been cleaned for some time and there was a lot of debris on the roof and the gutters had vegetation growing out of them. As I was approaching the home...I come down a hill and you can see the roof and gutter from the street. Clean as a whistle....great job. These guys responded with a quote from their request form and then followe dup with me before anyone else could respond. Pricing is competitive and they scheduled for 2 days oout...and got it done. Im using them again on another property. Nice job.

Outstanding in all areas!!! I've used Brian's services 3-4 times in the past for gutter cleaning and have always been so impressed by his immediate response to our request for his services. Service was fast and done very well

Overall, I was very pleased with the communication, promptness of the work-crew, ease of payment/scheduling and service level. We will call these folks next time we need a gutter cleaning. My only gripe is that there was some debris left at the end of my down-spout extenders and in the extenders themselves as well. I feel that I got great value for the price paid.

I contacted GutterMaids on a Saturday in a mild panic because one of our gutters was very clogged and water was coming down heavily. We were afraid of foundation seepage. They responded the same day and we scheduled the job for the following Monday. However, they had some free time on Sunday and came to do the job then. They were quick, cordial, and effective. It was a pleasant experience for us and a great relief to get the problem fixed so quickly!

Absolutely outstanding. Brian came the same day--originally said within a week, but after I mentioned a concern about water backing up on roof edge, he made a point of swinging by that afternoon when he was not too far away. Removed an incomplete bird's nest that was clogging up the gutter system. Gave us a small price break because aside from the nest, gutters weren't bad. Cleaned up every trace of debris. He also inspected the roof and emailed to let us know about some loose shingles. Terrific experience--would highly recommend and will use again for sure.

They were able to come on the day I contacted them which was helpful. They did a thorough flushing of the gutters and cleaned up really well. They also did my neighbor's gutters.

Wow! I contacted them last night, and they came out next day and cleaned our gutters and downspouts. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I was literally amazed at that kind of service and at a lower cost than our old gutter cleaning service.
