Description of Work: I contacted Gutter Maids for a bid. The follow-up and general communication with Mike was excellent! Very knowledgeable. We have a complex roof and he was prompt in his evaluation and quoted a very reasonable price. The only reason we did not have the job completed was we discovered our annual roof inspection, with Garlock French, had an option to clean gutters at same time. This just made more practical sense. After my dealing with Mike at Gutter Maids, I'd certainly call him if GF were to discontinue gutter cleaning as part of our package.

Description of Work: I have a 2 story house with about 300 feet of gutter between the first floor and second floor. The gutters had not been cleaned since they were installed 6 years ago. They did everything they said they would - cleaned by hand, got the downspouts flowing again, and hauled the debris away. When they were done,It was so clean all around the house that you wouldn't know they had been there.

Description of Work: Gutter Maids did a great job cleaning our gutters. They were very responsive when I contacted them and got us on the schedule quickly and did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters, downspouts and cleaning up all the debris. As a bonus, they also did our unattached garage's gutter, which I was not expecting.

Very happy with service although there was some miscommunication as to when service could be performed, and difficulty getting in touch with initially. However I am hapoy with service, it was a good value and I will definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: I highly recommend this service. I emailed on a Sunday and got a quick reply. My gutters were cleaned on Monday. I then paid by PayPal on Tuesday. Price was reasonable and I loved the fact that I could pay by PayPal. I'm located in Plymouth and will use this again in the future.
