My call to set up an appointment was answered promptly. Dan and his installer came to my home, looked at the job and later sent an estimate for install new windows. The installation crew were prompt and professional, completing the job in 2 days. Any questions or concerns were answered thoroughly and to my satisfaction. When the job was completed, the crew completely cleaned up the site and even washed the outsides of the high picture window for me. Easy to deal with company. What they say you will get is exactly what you get.

Dan Netko did what he promised. The work crews were efficient and polite. They notified me when they were coming and kept me up to date on their progress. The materials and dumpster arrived on time. The clean up was good. Dan negotiated a fair insurance settlement. I was happy with the job Dan Netko did.

Dan recommended a great window product in my price range. The windows are are well constructed and function well. Dan was easy to work with. He returned to my home to make sure everything was completely satisfactory to me. He asked for feedback on their overall performance and wanted to do everything right.

We were notified that when weather permitted, our roof would be started. We were notified 4 days in advance of the actual work and the dumpster was delivered 1 day for the tearoff. Workers arrived promptly, cleaned up both days. The roof work was completed in two days and the dumpster was removed on the third day.

They were pretty busy because of the storm damage last summer and fall, but were able to squeeze in our main residence. They were not able to get to our rental home before the weather got too cold, which we are scheduling for the spring. Once they came, they were pretty quick, were able to get the roofing done in a day or so and the siding by the end of the same week. Just some small pieces of vinyl left in the yard and rock around the house, but overall cleaned up well.

Promised work done in a timely manner. Construction crew were careful around many perennials and plants. Professional job.

Dan was very accessible before and during the project. He was very responsive to the various questions I had as we were figuring out our plan. The bay window looks beautiful. He was willing to use a less expensive brand for the sliding patio doors to help us save some money. They might not be as good as the Andco ones would have been, but are still a huge improvement over the rotten ones we replaced. All the windows look great. We went with full frame replacement because when we've seen people who did the replacement inserts, they lost a bunch of their window space and theirs look like a new window inside an old window frame. Ours look like beautiful new windows with brand new frame and trim all around. This was really a big investment in our home and we were a little nervous about going through an individual versus the big companies with all their various warranties and financing offers, but we feel like we made the right choice going with Dan Netko.

Dan was very accessible and easy to talk to. He was always very patient with my questions. On this siding project there was a bit of a misunderstanding in a couple areas: Dan's quote was for siding for the whole house, but it turned out that it did not include removing the stucco and putting siding where the stucco used to be (apparently it's very unusual to remove stucco and replace with siding). Also, there were a few doors/windows around the back of the house that he did not including the wrapping for in his quote. I would recommend in the future that he walk around the house with the homeowner to discuss everything and to provide more detail in writing to ensure that there is no difference in opinion. We ended up adding these to the adjusted quote at a reduced rate as a compromise. The quality of work was excellent and the house looks brand new. There were a couple things that we asked him to adjust, and the team came back the next day to make them just the way we wanted.

He was very courteous and did a great job.

Dan visited 1st with samples, full description and quality. Early measuring, prices. After a written contract, full method of delivery etc. Price and payment plan. Dan is honest, pleasant, clean, fully informed to answer questions. Installers were the same. Great people.

We never got the estimate back or heard from him.

Dan Netko Exteriors resided our house a year ago after a big hailstorm damaged our siding. This spring we noticed a panel of siding that was a little loose and wouldn't stay snapped in place. I called Dan in the morning and by afternoon, someone had been by to check it out (we were not able to be home). The original installer showed up a day or so later and repaired the loose panel in a few minutes. Great job. It was really nice knowing that Dan Netko Exteriors is a reliable company and that I could be confident that the problem would be promptly resolved.

Dan was great to work with. He communicated with us well and followed up all requests for information. Directions to us were clear, and he provided nice touches such as a bag with adhesive attached for the building permit and before and after pictures for the inspectors. Both of the subcontractors he arranged to install the siding, cover the windows, hang shutters, install gutters, rebuild the chimney, and repair the roof, came on time, completed the job in the estimated time, did excellent work, and left the premise clean upon completion. We are very happy with both the quality of the products, workmanship, and the end aesthetics.

It went well. Dan and partner are hard workers. When we did have an issue with the window installation and trim that was used, Dan was open to discussing a way to make it right with us.

Overall went okay, but he farms out this work to Sheridan, which had I known I would have went right to the source and likely received a discount!

1) Great - with Dan and his work crews! 2) Comparable with the other custom high end windows. 3) Excellent. 4) Excellent, Dan will let you know how the schedule goes. If he doesn't have any updates, you won't be bothered. 5) Had to give a "B" due to the windows from the vendor being 6-8 weeks later than the estimate at time of purchase. However, Dan kept pressure on them, and vendor followed in order of receipt of the order. Customers who ordered before us were also late by the same amount. 6) Great professionalism! They tidied up at the end of the day and always kept us informed. Now, these are windows. There was sheet rock dust everywhere, but this is expected and nothing can be done until after the fact. Yet it did only take 5 days for the entire house. Overall, Dan is not a salesman. You will get an honest answer from a gentleman with high integrity. We found Dan on Angie's, and thankful that we did. Our house is just perfect now.

Excellent- the work crew showed up when we were told and got the job done quickly. There have been no problems. They look and perform great!

Awful! Netko was dishonest about his expertise in windows, length of time to complete job, work habits, and work ethic. He was extremely sloppy, left tools and sawdust in every room of our house over night, tools on carpeting (leaving grease marks)-not tarps, and wood trim laying across furniture. An unbelievable mess! I had to hire a different contractor to redo the trim on my arched windows because he cut the arch trim that comes in one piece into several pieces and tried patching them together-on three windows. They looked like jig-saw puzzles. I have yet another contractor coming to look at the flashing on the arched windows as well. Over the years we have had many large remodeling projects and have never had such an awful experience. I would never recommend Dan Netko Exteriors to anyone!

The subcontractor and his crew were great. He had a large crew that day, so the entire job was finished in one day. They located and repaired a persistent leak we have had trouble with for a few years. They cleaned up very well after the job was done. The dumpster was gone the next morning. They were quick and efficient and considerate. The roof looks great. Dan Netko stopped by the next morning to check everything out. I am very impressed with Dan and the people he works with. The job came in just as he had estimated--no surprises.

Dan is a bit difficult to get a hold of, and we never connected to get an estimate. I guess he is a small company with a fairly full workload.

Dan was offering a very quality new window made in Minnesota and was very helpful in explaining the difference in replacements and new. We had already received bids for replacements and were unable to afford the cost of this quality. We wish this company well.

Very good workmanship. On time and high quality standards. "Super" people.

This is the third time we have called on and used Netko Exteriors. Jim has been the one to call back and perform/manage the work each time. We would not hesitate to use them again. I have always had a GREAT experience with this company. I feel the prices are in line with other companies, but this company is better. I have always had very prompt return phone calls and very prompt service. Jim is VERY knowledgeable in his line of work, and I trust his opinions and comments. He is also very kind and professional. We will use Netko in the future for exterior work.

Everyone was a joy to work with. Dan Netko was prompt and considerate, and Joan in the office was on top of everything. The supply scheduling was wonderful; the dumpster came one day, then the supplies came the next, and finally the crew came the day after that. Jim installed the window quickly and efficiently. Dan (the crew foreman) and his crew worked quickly and efficiently as they sided the house. They solved several problem areas with great skill. The crew was prompt, efficient, considerate and polite. Their clean up each day was fabulous. The extra supplies and dumpster were gone in 24 hours. The house looks great due to their knowledge and skill. If you would like your home to stand out from the others, consider adding linneals, sills and crown molding to your windows and doors.

When Dan came out to give us an estimate for replacing roofing and siding due to storm damage. We asked about a larger window for the kitchen. He took the time to check out the current window and also checked the wall space to see if it would interfere with electrical lines. He recommended an Anco window, but said we could go with a less expensive one if we wished. He gave us two prices-one if the siding was not replaced on the window side and one if the siding was replaced on the window side. (Insurance would decide on the siding replacement)The window came in on time(great company). The day of installation was cold, but Jim was considerate and the new window was in quickly and efficiently. He cleaned the work space completely. Dan came by to check our satisfaction with the window and it's installation and the progress of the siding crew that afternoon. Both Dan and Jim were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
