Everything was measured and measured and then measured again. And all the new windows fit perfectly the first time. Plus good job on cleanup.

They came out and did some custom windows for my downstairs living area. The people he works with are very great and pleasant. You don't have to have any worries about getting scammed or overcharged. Once my husband passed away I was left to do this window project by myself, but Dan was more than helpful.

They did a great job replacing all 11 of my windows. After installation I noticed a defect in one window. I notified Dan, he contacted the company and it was fixed promptly. I am very satisfied with Dan and his crew and would recommend them without reservation.

The work took place over the course of three or so weeks. The roof was replaced first. Due to the age of the house we had to have additional ventilation installed. This required the installation of insulation channels into our attic, these were installed from the exterior by removing roofing boards and installing them between the rafters. New ice and water shield were installed along with the new underlayment. The new architectural shingles look so much better than the old ones. The windows came next. They were delivered when I wasn't expecting them to be. I had to unload them from the truck myself with (with assistance from the driver), this wasn't a big deal, but it wasn't something I was expecting to have to do. We did run into one issue when the installation started, they exterior trim tested positive for lead. This added some time and cost, but with kids in the house I was more than happy to accommodate the added expense and time. The process took about four days to replace 18 windows. We chose to finish the interiors our selves, I would not make that choice again. We had one bathroom window not pass inspection due to it not being safety glass. Dan ordered a new window and I helped him install it. Lastly we had the gutters/soffit/fascia replaced. Again everything was pretty painless, I did find myself lending a hand, picking up material, etc... There were a few bumps along the way, I still find bits and pieces of aluminum and shingle, there were some small misunderstandings and miscommunication. But in the end, you can't argue with the results. The house was completely transformed. The heating and cooling bills have dramatically dropped. The house is no longer the dated eyesore it was prior to the work done by Dan Netko Exteriors.

They did a very good job and I was very satisfied,. The level of communication was great. He gave a lot of options for the materials so that they could meet our price point. We were concerned aboutthe decking on our roof and his communication about it was wonderful. We could make choices on the fly if necessary. He hires meticulous sub contractors and I was impressed by how careful and thorough they were. They were within our expectations time-wise. He was also good about coordinating with other work that needed to be done such as having the chimney re-bricked. He was very helpful about working with our mason to make sure the work was done in the correct order. They also offered competitive pricing.

I would highly recommend him to other members. They finished the job up pretty quickly.

When we replaced the roof, it was due to age, Dan's crew did a great job with little disruption to our lives. He gave us detailed instructions as to what to remove from our walls to avoid breakage. With the removal of the old shingles and other activity on the roof, things on the walls could shake a bit. The crew cleaned up the area and did not leave any type of mess for us to deal with. Two year later the roof was damaged by hail and Netko replaced it. They handled the insurance and were comletely honest and straight forward. We would use them again, should we have the need.

I like that they did a really great and through job especially since the roof before was poor in quality. They also ended up doing my gutters and installing a skylight too. The quality of the work and customer service was just wonderful.
