I was referred to Dan Netko exteriors by my sister. I called him for an estimate and he came out the same week. He was very helpful with answering any questions I had. He was very easy to get in contact with even during the evening. I did get other estimates and his was the most reasonable and had the best warranty. His crew did a great job! He did a follow up call after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the results. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

The work was performed on time and in a very professional manner. All materials were ready and the work was completed as promised. The area was completely clean when finished and the dumpster was removed right away. Very professional and considerate of the property and answering any questions we had.

What we really appreciated was how personable the experience was. The builder and his workers were very respectful, kept us informed as the project progressed, and did an excellent job of clean up after completion of the work. Dan personally came out to our home and talked to us at length about what he thought would work the best for the situation, recommended a good quality vinyl siding, and suggested an option to use a specific company to make the windows and sliding doors (although we were assured that we did not have to use them). He had a sample of one of their windows with him at our visit, and showed us specifically what he liked about how these windows were made, and why we should consider them. After considering our options, we decided to take Dan's advice, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. After they were completed, the windows and sliding doors were shipped from the company and delivered to a local location (for delivery to our home). The people there even commented about the high quality appearance and construction. Upon delivery to our residence, the windows and siding were carefully installed by Dan's crew, and he made sure that things were done correctly, and that the process went as smoothly as possible. Our home looks fantastic now from the outside, and we continuously notice how beautiful the windows and doors look. Since installation, we have noticed a sizable reduction in noise from the outside when the windows are closed, and the average energy bills dropped somewhat following completion of the project. We were extremely happy with the overall experience, as well as the results.

contractor showed up on schedule and completed the work within the stipulated timeframe. Quality of work was very good. Options for gutters were given to allow us to pick what we wanted and match colors with both soffets and siding.

Contractor was referred by friend who had this contractor do similar chimney repair work on their house. Price was handled over the phone after contractor visited house and inspected the chimney. We paid by check which covered permit cost. Contractor returned to review work after about a week. We are very satisfied. The work he did was better than the original masonry construction on our chimney.

Netko did 2 previous projects for our family, so we called him for this project. From our initial phone, the project was priced, contracted and installed in less than 2 weeks - very responsive. Expert workmanship with no gaps, the proper materials were used and clean-up was complete. They helped us attain the energy-related work rebate also. COntractor was referred by friend for similar work. Price was competitive. Crew was respectful: parking in street (not my driveway)and left space for neighbors to come and go. High-quality workmanship: flashings installed properly and interface with existing gutters and siding was expertly done. Work was completed in one day; contractor provided a full crew to complete the work in one day. Property and plantings were fully protected - no damage at all. Clean-up was complete. Contractor returned within 1 week to check on any questions of concerns we may have had.

Contractor was great in working with us on all color schemes and we were happy with final results. We replaced siding with insulated panels and were happy with the workmanship. The only thing I would suggest is that you remove things form your interior walls as there is a lot of pounding on the walls and things fall off. We were warned about this but did not do it and thus we had a couple of things that fell and broke at no fault of the contractor. We made a few additional requests during the process and contractor was happy to make the changes such as additional metal wrapping for some of the wood door frames. Overall we were happy with the results and time frame in which the work was completed.

roofing crew showed up on sheduled times. They took their time and completed a qualityjob. Was not one of those crews that come in and tear off and replace in one day. Our roof is probably one of the more difficult rrofs with many different surfaces, slopes and details. They took somewhat longer than one would expect, but that was due to the quality and detail they took on completing it. Cleanup was complete.

The materials were delivered soon after we selected the type of shingles needed, Dan Netko Exteriors arranged for all permits and the dumpster. Based on the weather, they arrived within a few days of their estimate and immediately began the work. They performed all the work required and ensured that the yard and area were cleaned up completely. Very efficient and good quality job over all.

Oak trees are nice until they fall on your house. Dan had done the roof a few years before and took care of the repair, including working with the insurance company.

It was great working with Dan Netko. I had both my roof and gutter fixed. After the work, we had big storms that came through, and a lot of my neighbors had tp get theirs replaced. Fortunately, Dan did such a wonderful job there was no damage to my roof.

I had him do 6 bedroom windows for me. Again, he was very helpful. I can give nothing but praise for this company. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

Nice neat job. No leaks. Recommended screen on gutters has mostly eliminated cleanouts.
