"Very disorganized. I left Bruce a voicemail describing that I was looking for someone to replace my 2x3" downspout with a 3x4" downspout and leaving my address. I didn't hear back. A couple of weeks later I called again and it turned out he had gone by my house and had some thoughts on the project and gave me a quote. We arranged to meet on Day X to discuss. Three days prior to Day X he called/texted me saying he was at my house and when could I meet him. (I was out of town.) He also gave a new quote that was higher than the first, for the same work. I asked about the discrepancy. He replied that the price had changed following inspection of the site. I reminded him that he had already done a site inspection before giving me the original quote, and then heard nothing for a few days. I mentally crossed this one off my list but after a few days he called and wanted to set a new time to discuss, and we agreed on 9am a couple of days later. The day before that meeting he texted me to see if there was an exterior outlet for his crew to use, and said they'd be arriving at 8am that day. Yep, he had the crew arriving before our meeting when we would decide whether/how to move forward. Do not recommend."
