Great Lakes Home Renovations has done a great job with our window replacements, patio door replacement, and replacing the door between our house and garage. The sales team is friendly and professional, listening to our needs considering design and budget. They helped us decide on projects in a low-pressure manner ensuring we were aware of all costs and timelines. There were no surprises. The measuring and installers were on time, efficient, friendly, and clean. They let us know what to do to prepare the space, and after as well as cleaning up as if they had never been in the space and sharing information about anything we needed to do post-install depending on the project. We would absolutely use them for future projects.

We had a total bathroom remodel and got the onyx shower walls and they were supposed to match the counter top with the same material and color in a custom shape. It did not arrive in the custom shape and and to be re-ordered. Then after it was put in, thee color did not match the shower stall. They kept saying that they ordered the right color. I explained to them that diff. color lots could be diff. colors. They would not back down. VERY hard to communicate with and called me names and even hung up on me on the phone. They also damaged our dropdown ceiling and refused to come and look at that or the sink. I dont understand how they could say the sink matched when they would not even come and look at it WORST PLACE EVER, STAY AWAY! Brandon should be fired and his boss too!

This is the third time I have used this company to install new windows. Their sales person Thomas has been excellent. I rated the customer service in the office a little low, as I have asked many times that the installer call me directly beforehand. Like you I follow a schedule and as such my time is important to me, as well as those that occupy the buildings schedules. Joe the installer is excellent. He has been on our jobs three times and I like working with him very much. Very knowledgeable about your product, no mess, no nonsense. Extremely courteous and pleasant to talk too. In my experience a company is judged on their last experience with the company. You should be proud to have such a great customer service installer like Joe.

The "rebath" product that is exclusively used by this company is my only issue! The crew and work were otherwise great. Where the mosaic pattern meets with the slab for the shower, there are huge cracks that go to the edge of the shower. They said this is just how this product is installed. The cracks are at eye level on either side of the mosaic. They are asking for us to pay $400 to "fix" it if we want it fixed. The crew we dealt with was great, but it seems the main owners/managers do not want happy clients after an expensive renovation. We will not be doing our second bathroom with this company, sadly.

Dave and Ben (and the plumber) were great and we are happy with the finished remodel! We had a new Onyx shower and new flooring installed, drywall replaced and some leaking pipes and toilet fixed. They were efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

The crew is very good at flooding an upstairs. Good at dropping the bathroom down 1 floor to the living room and not repairing. They do not have control of ALL the dust they raise. Refused to close off bedrooms from dust during the demo and sanding the sheetrock dust all the way down to the basement. The outside was cleaner. Cut holes for elect outlets too large and not repair it.

Joe, the installer from Great Lakes Homes renovation, was professional, clean, respectful, on time, and personable. I was highly impressed with the quality of work joe and his team provided. I would highly recommend Great Lakes home Reno (and request Joe for a door install)

Dave and Matt were fabulous to work with. They did a great job and genuinely cared about the project and making sure it was all done well!

Installers were friendly, efficient, and thorough. Door was done in 3 hours. During the process, we discovered an uninsulated cavity below the threshold. The installers went ahead and filled it with some leftover fiberglass insulation I had from a previous project. A dent was found (manufacturer or transit, not from the installers) and steps were immediately taken to rectify the situation (new door slab forthcoming). Very satisfied and loving the new door.

Great work ethic. The project was complex but they did a great job scheduling. I knew what was going on every day.

I recently had my master bath remodeled. Jesse and David did fantastic job of explaining the project to me and getting me ready. Josh (our Project Manager) was meticulous and constantly kept me informed of progress. I was so impressed with the professionalism of everyone on the job. Josh, Joe, Matthew, and Andrew all did a great job. I am already looking forward to getting a quote for my 2nd bathroom. I would absolutely recommend Great Lakes Home Renovations.

Great Lakes did a nice job. They communicated well about the project, were courteous and great to work with at all stages of the project, and did a nice job.

Installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the install and product. When they were finished they cleaned up and left us with a beautiful shower stall.

Top quality products. Not a cheap way to go by any means but quality and professionalism. Detailed workers, diligent and knowledgeable and experienced. They met the schedule with only slight variation to project.

They did an awesome job with the project. We re on time ! Very courteous.
