The job got done but man did it take some doing. I feel like we overpaid for what we got and they did not manage their time very well and the last guy had to come in after the agreed time frame to finish the work. Oh well, at least it got done. Now we have to recaulk because it is peeling and not in good shape.

Taylor and Jocelyn did an excellent job! They were professional, friendly, respectful, and truly wanted to make sure that I was happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them!

Knowledgeable and professional

This was a total remodel of two bathrooms. Ben, Brady, and the rest of the team did a great job. Both bathrooms look great!

We did wait a long time to get started but that was due to supply issues. Once the work started it was so fast and thorough. Josh, Leo and Blake were absolutely amazing and helpful. Josh went out of his way to take care of our needs and questions. We absolutely love our new bathroom.

This was a tub and shower replacement. Excellent work. The installation team went above and beyond.

I would never hire these people again. If I could, I would do the whole remodel over. Communication and integrity are not their strong suits. Horrible experience.

Quoted us three days to update our bathroom and said they would be able to start in three months. Instead, they started six months after hire. TWO WEEKS BEFORE OUR WEDDING! When we asked to wait another month so we could finish the wedding and be home, they said no and assured us it would only take three days. The project ended up taking OVER A MONTH. They tore apart our only bathroom and left us without a working shower during our wedding. We could hear the guys on site talking about how messed up the project was and how they knew from the moment they walked in that it was going to take more than three days. We have an older home, and they wanted to level the floor. Makes sense. But then they raised the floor level so high the door couldn't open or close. And they weren't going to fix the door. We brought in an outside contractor to review their work and he was shocked at what they had done. Multiple layers of unnecessary plywood were added when trying to level the floor. After weeks of stress and back and forth we just wanted them OUT. They hadn't even put on floor trim. The one positive I have to say is their plumber they contracted stood up for us. Called them out for shitty work, and made them come back to fix some things. He also called them out for not having some permit they needed posted. They called us later to say they had all the right permits, but just forgot to put them up. But we never saw them. The whole process was HORRIBLE. We will never be repeat customers. The quality of the eventually finished bathroom is pretty nice, but does have a few weird features. The showers window kit cracked and we had to have it repaired, there was a faulty part they had to repair, the base of the toilet leaked and needed to be repaired, and the floor leveling is weird to this day. Honestly though, if the service had been better I would've been happy with the quality. Just don't get me trash service and an imperfect product.

Bryan and Troy did a superb job on my bathroom. Looks great! They were done in a timely manner, cleaned up after the each day, very organized!

The project ended up taking far more time than expected, and significant costs were added even though I overheard they initially gave me a high price to cover the unexpected (given my home is quite old). Further, the new shower has significant leaks (which I did not discover until using it for the first time), and they could not /did not send anyone to help for over a month and this was on top of having to wait around six months to get the work done in the first place. Finally, they sent someone out to address the leaks, and apparently, there is nothing to be done about the door leaking, because it is just the kind of shower it is! Each time the shower is used it completely soaks a large bath towel that I place on the floor. This design flaw was never mentioned during the entire project process. I would not have proceeded with the project knowing about it. Half a year, 24K, and some tears later, I am so regretful I went with Great Lakes/Re-bath.

Paid way too much for the work done, especially with mediocre quality overall (paid thousands more than expected, because they missed something big in our quote). Felt like **bait and switch**. Very messy - plaster dust all over the house (did not close off the area during the demo) and did not properly cover/protect hall floors except to throw down a tarp each day. Many large dings the hallway walls/corners from banging their tools etc. Poor wall prep in the bathroom - looks like we did it ourselves - and we had to just paint it anyway. Took many days longer than promised. Would definitely NOT recommend it!

our project installer, named Henry was absolutely incredible. He was an extremely hard worker seldom taking a break. His helper Anthony was great also. Henry was very meticulous and very eager to meet our needs, often asking our input before making any decision. The job was done on time and actually finished a little ahead of schedule. It was a job that created a lot of mess, but Henry and Anthony did their vest to clean up.

The work was good, but I did not get what I thought I was getting. Either miscommunication or ?

We had a total remodel of our 80 yr' old Bathroom. Ben Johnson and Josue Luna where our installers for GLHR. They where both Professional and considerate. It was a stressful situation, Ben and Josue made it a lot less stressful. All of the professionals involved in our remodel did an excellent job. The products and workmanship where top quality. We can't say enough about Ben and Josue. It was a pleasure having them in our house. WE LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM. IT LOOKS FANTASTIC.

The company was great to work with and Travis Blackwll was awesome ! The product they used for our tub and shower enclosure is great.

Ben & Josue were great to work with-they were very informative about what was going and answered any questions we had-the clean up was top-notch and thorough-would use them again
