The entire team at Great Lakes exceeded our expectations. We had met with other companies, but our experience with Thomas was superior. He was extremely patient as he presented the numerous options from type of door, color, glass, hardware, etc. He had a software program that enabled us to see the door choices as it would appear installed. After our decision and order, the office team took over always cheerful and accommodating. Thanks to Scott, Brittany, Terry, Brandon, and Joe & Steve. We had a conflict with the scheduled date of install, so requested that Brandon changed the date. After a couple of requests, he was able to reschedule, which we greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure doing business with Great Lakes. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Once we were informed of the start date, they came out on time and began to project. The person doing the work was polite, friendly, and did a good job. After the work was completed we did a walk around and he answered any questions I had, plus did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The Kitchen looks great, wife is pleased, and we would use Great Lakes again on other projects.

From the first call I made to Great Lakes Window & Siding, I was impressed by the professionalism of the people we dealt with. Jeff, the sales representative did an amazing job of explaining what we would expect during the refacing process, showing us videos of how their product is produced and showed samples of the products to be used. He answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured by him. Our wait time for installation was shorter than anticipated and the forecasted five day time frame for installation was exactly that. In on a Monday and completed by the following Friday. Anatoliy did an amazing job. Dave, who installed the countertop was great to deal, and the countertop installed is beautiful. The plumber arrived as scheduled and was very pleasant to deal with. Jeff did the scheduling and it worked out perfectly, and Laura the Customer Care Coordinator is a delight. Although the products have yet to pass the test of time, at this point we couldn't be happier in choosing Great Lakes to update our kitchen. Thank you!

We have ordered our project, with the install to be in about three weeks. At this point, we are very impressed with everything about this company. They are prompt, their products are beautiful, and they have been very responsive to our questions. We are very excited about our new kitchen!

Your recommendation was a nightmare. I have a good looking tub and shower surround that is not functional. I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issues with Great Lakes Window and Siding. Their plumber cut out subfloor to access plumbing and did not replace it. As a result my bathtub floor is curved where it sags into the opening. The high pressure sales, the excessive cost, failure to pull a building permit, cheap plastic faucet and hardware, lack of response regarding issues(told to fix it myself), and the bait and switch contract process wasn't worth the outcome. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

The installers were very professional in their attitude and performance. They also cleaned the job site thoroughly every night before they left. I would hire Great Lakes Window and Siding again when I have another remodel project

Tony (the installer), the plumber and the rest of the crew did the work in two days. They were all very accommodating to our needs. Tony made a special effort to help us replace a base board that cracked when it had to be removed. After he left and was 10 miles away, I called to find out what to use to remove the "tile grout residue " that was on the side of the tub from regrouting the floor tiles that came up when they removed the old tub. He turned around and came all the way back to clean off all the grout residue from the side of the tub. He gave us excellent service! There was a small gouge in one of the wall tiles (1/4") and they have offered to replace the entire panel if we want them to.

I was impressed by the how clean this company kept my home during my shower remodel. They covered my floor & stairs and made zero mess for such a large project. My shower looks amazing and we're very happy with the turn out. I would highly recommend the maintenance free shower surround. Great product and high quality. The shower fixtures that we chose are above my expectation. Would highly recommend this company to replace your old tile shower surround/floor for their maintenance free quality materials.

They were on time, kept the floors covered, cleaned up after the days work was finished. Came back the next day and finished the job. Explained the cleaning of the walls. We would recommend this company to everyone.
