Matt was absolutely wonderful, he called right away after putting the order in through Angie's list on a Friday. He stated he was pretty booked, but could do right away Monday morning. He also stated if he opened up he would come earlier. He contacted us later that same night and stated her could come at that time, which he did. He was wonderful and professional, he did the garage right away and also was able to sync up the openers and keypad. HE is not charge us anything in addition for that service. I would recommend and also use Apple Valley Garage Service again in a heartbeat.

I was so impressed with Apple Valley Garage Door. I called them around noon and he was here to adjust my door by 6PM on a very cold day. Matt was very professional and did an outstanding job. I will definitely call him again and recommend AVGD to all of my friends.

Friendly, folksy and agreeable on the telephone, AVGD a one man, owner operated, family type business and not a large company. I generally prefer this type of set-up. I scheduled my appointment two days out, as my issue was not an emergency. I received a call on the day of repair, confirming an updated arrival time. The service call was on time. After confirming the cost of repair, the actual visit required approximately 40 minutes of service time. In my opinion the price was fair and the repair was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Apple Valley Garage Door to anyone needing garage door repair or installation assistance. I would definitely use this company in the future.

This work exceeded my expectations, and AV's owner/repairman is a fine man. He scheduled a very prompt call, worked efficiently, did a great job, and is a pleasure to have around. The door now slides like a dream and is quieter than I can recall its ever having been. I honestly believe I underpaid for this high-quality work, but AV was reluctant to accept additional pay. Matt returned our call within 5 minutes and gave us an estimate over the phone on a Friday evening. We verified that we had access to a vehicle and we scheduled for a fix on the following Monday so that we didn't have to pay a service charge. He was prompt and efficient. Exceeded my expectations in punctuality, expertise, and speed of installation. I only wish every service company would work as well as Matt. He replaced the torsion springs, and after a few adjustments the door now opens and closes much more smoothly and quietly. Matt knows garage doors and I recommend him without reservation.

Matt from Apple Valley Garage Door was prompt, friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain all my options with regards to what could be done for the spring replacement...ultimately, we decided to keep the current setup and replace the spring, do a tune-up and add in a safety mechanism. Our vehicles were captive in the garage after one of the door springs broke late at night. Matt answered my call at 7:30 A.M. the next morning, arrived at our house at 11:30 A.M. as promised and had the springs installed in about a half hour. Thanks to his punctuality and efficiency, we were able to keep an early afternoon appointment. Matt installed higher quality springs. The door operates smoother and quieter than ever. He is professional is all respects.

Matt was great. Would call him again in a minute. We called at noon, and even though his day was filled, he came over at 6:30 p.m. because our garage door was stuck open. That's really nice, especially as we were a new customer. His work was neat and efficient. We're considering buying new garage doors and he is now at the top of our list.

Matt was FANTASTIC, and I'm not easy to please. I was in a pinch with a garage door opener that wouldn't work due to unaligned sensors, and was just hours away from a moving truck arriving.
