Apple Valley Garage Door

Terrific experience. A metal part on my garage door snapped where the opener arm pulls the door. I called them based on a neighbors recommendation. They were able to stop by in the afternoon and fix it in about 30 minutes at a very fair price. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained what happened and how they were going to fix it to make it stronger and less likely to happen again. 100% satisfied and would recommend them if you need someone to look at your garage door and/or opener.

Great! They were here in 2-3 hours - even though I hadn't requested a rush or indicated the repair was urgent. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Explained a few things to me. Proactively fixed another issue I didn't even know existed, but was obvious when they pointed it out to me. I thought the price was fair. I would recommend, and would hire again.

I contacted Apple Valley Garage Door company at 12:08 pm on August 18, 2021. I was updated by "Matt" regarding the timelines that he could be by to fix the door that literally came off the track. My garage door was repaired by 3:55 pm. He and his partner were very courteous, professional, and down right nice despite the heat and humidity. I'm having them come back next week to replace the retaining bar/weather seal on the bottom of the door.

Matt and his coworker were punctual and very nice. They came on a cold January evening to repair the garage door. They repaired it quickly, fixing a broken cable and bent track. They also tightened the chain on the garage door opener. The door operates smoothly, is quieter, and works better than it ever did.

He showed up on time and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him, and I will definitely use his company again. Matt was able to come out the same day within a few hours of my call. He was prompt and fixed the springs quickly. The springs were higher rated and better quality than my old springs and I have a warranty with the new springs. He was very professional and had great workmanship at a great price. Highly Recommended! A+++ It was a pleasure working with Matt from Apple Valley Garage Door. The cables on both sides of our main garage door started unspooling and it immediately ceased to open. I left a voice message on Apple Valley Garage Door's main phone number and Matt called me back within minutes. Matt has excellent phone customer service skills, and he quickly was able to re-arrange his schedule to come to my home "between 4:30 - 5:00 PM" to address the issue. Matt arrived exactly on time (during a major snow storm), and repaired the door. I can't imagine having a better experience with another company.

We left a message with Apple Valley Garage door and Matt call me back within 30 minutes and it was New Years Day (Wow). I explained my issue to Matt and he was out the next day to take a look. He could not fix my opener after inspecting. I showed Matt that I had a lifetime warranty on the opener I had and he said just call them and see if they'll replace it. I also will need a new garage door because of age but Matt never pushed me to get a new opener and door together through him. Long story short I ended up getting the opener replaced under warranty. When it comes time to replace the garage door We will be calling Matt to do the work, Matt came out free, gave us color samples and gave us solid advice. Couldn't ask for more, Great Guy.
