They have been excellent. They always show up on time and follow up. He always takes care of me.

I bought an eight year old townhome and needed service on an Aprilaire furnace humidifier. The employee was very professional and most helpful and reviewed the system with me and noted items that I should be aware of for yearly maintenance. It appeared the filter was so calcified it couldn't possibly have been functioning and desperately needed a replacement. I was not aware of the main control as it was almost hidden and he also explained the operation of the contol along with a clean-up of the unit.

This is a small mom and pop operation. The owner's wife handles all the scheduling and other communication. They have just a few employees who have all worked and trained with the owner, Bruce. I was pleased that Apple Lake was able to get to us quickly-within a matter of days, which was not the case in other places that I called. The techs were prompt, thorough, polite and didn't push any repairs that weren't necessary. They also gave me a very complete list of everything that was checked, cleaned or changed so that I can have a record of it. I appreciate the honesty and work ethic of the members of this company.

I spent $120 for that service and it was refundable if I accepted a different estimate. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needed any air-conditioning or heating unit work to be done. I like that he is punctual. I have known him since he put in my original air-conditioner, so he is very trustworthy.

I was very pleased with them. The owner came out and did the estimate. They did good work and he cleaned up after himself. I think I got a good value for what I paid

I was very pleased with their service. They show up when they say they will show up. The guy seems to be honest. He comes back when he says he will be back. I don't feel uncomfortable with him in the house or that they are trying to rip me off. He cleans up after himself.

BRUCE DID THE SALES CALL AND THE INSTALLATION. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, HONEST AND HAD A LOT OF INTEGRITY. HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. THIS WAS THE BEST CONTRACTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. HE HAD A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE SO HE WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MANUFACTURERS' SYSTEMS AND HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. HIS RECEPTIONIST, BETH, DID ALL THE REBATE PAPER FOR ME SO ALL I HAD TO DO WAS SIGN EVERYTHING AND SEND IT IN. WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS, BETH WOULD GET THE ANSWERS AND GET RIGHT BACK TO ME. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW-UP.

VERY SATISFIED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND EXPERTISE.

I OBTAINED ESTIMATES FROM 4 DIFFERENT COMPANIES WHO EITHER INSTALL BRYANT OR CARRIER FURNACES AND A/C (BRYANT AND CARRIER ARE THE SAME PRODUCTS WITH 2 DIFFERENT NAMES). APPLE-LAKE'S ESTIMATE WAS INITIALLY THE 2ND LOWEST, BUT THEN ONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES LOWERED THEIR ESTIMATE TO BE LOWER THAN APPLE-LAKE'S. I DIDN'T USE APPLE-LAKE DUE THE LOWER PRICE AND THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T INSTALL AC WITH THE NEW R410 REFRIGERANT WHICH WILL BE REQUIRED BY LAW IN 2009.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY HOUSE & CARPET. THEY PROMPTLY RETURNED CALLS & ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND HONEST! THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY GOOD IN EXPLAINING THE EQUIPMENT AND DETERMINING WHAT WAS NEEDED (OR NOT NEEDED) FOR OUR SITUATION.
