We've had four different times they've come in (actually the water heater was done as part of the house purchase, we just kept going with them after that). They do good work, are reasonably priced, and always come quickly. The only thing we haven't had them actually do is the bathroom remodel, but that's because we decided it'd be better to roll that into the other major remodeling we're doing in the basement and just go with one contractor. We feel kind of bad about not giving them as much a chance on that, actually. :(Terry and the people who work for him do very good work. Obviously the price listed above is for only one of the jobs (spigot). The water heater cost was taken care of previous owners, and the bathroom remodel was just an estimate.

Terry, the owner, spent quite a bit of time with me over the phone to help my wife and I make a decision on how to replace our water heaters, one of which was leaking. We initially wanted to go to a tankless water heater, but after talking with Terry decided with our size house it would be a mistake. He was very patient and helped explain all his reasoning for the one larger water heater rather then staying with two smaller ones. Once our decision was made, he had the new heater installed the same day. The two workers that came to our house were very knowledgeable and professional. They put pads down so moving the old heaters out and the new one in would not damage the floor. They left our furnace room clean and tidy.

VERY FAST SERVICE. DRAINS WERE WORKING APPROXIMATELY 80 PERCENT FASTER. USED SERVICES PRIOR FOR PLUMBING FOR KITCHEN DOWN TO THE MAIN LINE. VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

SCRATCHED TILES IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THE WORK. HE WAS ABOUT AN HOUR LATE. HE FINALLY TOLD ME THE BLOCK WAS IMPASSABLE. HE WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO PIN HIM DOWN ON A TIME WHEN HE COULD COME OUT. HE BROUGHT ANOTHER GUY WITH HIM AND HE WALKED THROUGH MY HOUSE WHILE I WAS TALKING TO THE PLUMBER.
