I had a good experience with them. I didn't have any problems. They were prompt. They did their job. They cleaned up afterward. Everything is working fine.

No problems. Tech kept me informed the whole time and in fact he wanted me there as he worked so he could explain what he found. Cost includes coming back in the fall to service the furnace. Initially there was a scheduling mix-up but that was quickly and cheerfully fixed.

They were prompt and even called before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. Once arrived the gentlemen was very polite and professional. I was very cold because my furnace had not worked for the whole day and he assured me it wouldn't be long before my furnace would be repaired. He explained everything about the repair including the cost so i was impressed that they were up front with the pricing. It was long and I had heat again and was very happy. I would definitly hire this company again.

DURING THE REMODELING PROCESS, I HAD TO DEAL WITH MANY CONTRACTORS. IT WAS NICE TO HAVE ONE COMPANY TO HANDLE BOTH THE HVAC AND ELECTRIC WORK. I OBTAINED SEVERAL QUOTES AND SUPERIOR PROVIDED THE BEST INFORMATION WITH THE LOWEST REASONABLE COST. ELECTRICAL WORK IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND I KNEW THAT AHEAD OF TIME. DURING THE TIME OF MY REMODELING, THE COMPANY WAS ALSO MOVING AND EXPANDING, SO I HAD TO BE PATIENT WITH THEM. I SOMETIMES HAD TO LEAVE A FEW MESSAGES TO GET A CALL BACK FROM MARK. I DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS BECAUSE I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND I DIDN'T EXPECT THEM TO ''JUMP'' EVERY TIME I CALLED. NOTHING WAS EVER URGENT. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK OF THIS COMPANY AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I WILL GO BACK TO THEM ANY TIME I HAVE ELECTRIC, HVAC, A/C, OR GAS LINE WORK TO HAVE DONE. THE STAFF IS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND WERE GOOD TO WORK WITH.

GORDY CAME TO MY HOUSE TO GIVE ME AND ESTIMATE AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE DID NOT SEEM SALESY AT ALL, BUT WAS STILL VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND THE CREW WAS CLEAN AND VERY NICE. THEY HAD TO COME BACK TWICE BECAUSE THE GROUND WAS FROZEN BUT DID NOT ASK FOR PAYMENT UNTIL THE ENTIRE JOB WAS DONE. I DID HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE BACK OUT BECAUSE SOMETHING WASNT HOOKED UP RIGHT, BUT THEY WERE REALLY FAST. SUPERIOR MADE IT EASY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL REBATES, PLUS THE CARRIER SPRING SALE. I WAS ABLE TO DELAY INSTALLATION AND PAYMENT UNTIL THEY WERE CONVENIENT FOR ME. SUPERIOR HAS ALSO DONE WORK FOR MY NEIGHBORS AND THE NEIGHBOR RECOMMENDS THEM HIGHLY. I THINK THEY GIVE GREAT SERVICE WITHOUT THE HYPE AND COST YOU GET WITH SOME OF THE LARGER COMPANIES.
