Description of Work: I had to have my furnace and A coil replaced. Everyone that I had contact with were very pleasant and professional. The installers did an excellent job. I would have no problem making referrals to anyone to do business with this company. It was an excellent decision and experience for me.

Description of Work: Our AC froze up Saturday afternoon before Labor Day. We contacted the on call service tech at company where we bought the system. Service tech seemed annoyed at the call, had us running around, outside to compressor, up & down stairs between thermostat & furnace room, with no clear diagnosis, recommendations, or offer to schedule appointment. We checked Angies listings, found Liberty took calls until 11 pm that evening. They answered promptly & gave us first available appointment on Tuesday afternoon. Sunday morning, they called back to check if anything had changed, informed us they were ahead of schedule & moved appointment up to Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning: tech arrived on time, diagnosed problem quickly, promptly ordered the part & set appnt Wednesday morning to install. Tuesday afternoon: Liberty tech called, said he'd had a cancellation, had already picked up the part & could come & fix our AC right away! He also adjusted the blower to get rid of rattle in system since first install. Overall: AC back on ahead of committments & we plan to use Liberty for all HVAC work from now on.
