It couldn't have gone better.

She is quite good.

I had a very tricky mortgage situation where I owned another property and was waiting for the sale of that prior to closing on a home that Jen helped me find. What was most impressive about Jen's real estate ability was how she was able to elongate our timeline as the other sale was trying to get completed. The selling party was an investment company with little patience and Jen navigated that tricky relationship to ensure I was provided the needed time to get my other property sold. She's extremely professional and customer driven and her real estate negotiating knowledge and skills are exceptional!

Jen has helped us in the past with other properties, so we were quite familiar with her. We continue to use her services because she is extremely professional and sensitive to our wants and needs. She always keeps us well informed. Even though we were not occupying the property at the time, she notified us of every showing, whether by herself or by other agents, and provided follow up comments which helped us to always know what was going on. Even in this poor market, we were able to sell the property in record time. The property was listed, sold and closed in 34 days, for a price greater than the asking price. We were very pleased with everything that Jen did for us, and will continue to recommend and utilize her services in the future.

The house I chose was in foreclosure and, as a new home buyer, I had a lot of questions and worries. Jen was great at explaining things and providing answers in a timely manner. She got me throught this deal in record time and I'm very happy with my new home.

The process was bumpy, but not on our end. She helped us submit offers and stayed on top of the lenders which was extremely challenging. We wouldn't have made it through the process without her assistance.

I got caught in a fraudulent real estate deal involving another real estate agent (Leslie Dahlen-Exit Realty). I contacted Jen when I realized that I needed an expert to help me out of my situation. Jen took on a listing of my property despite the fact that I would be attempting a short sale with my bank, and despite the fact that the property was located in a tough neighborhood with a lot of foreclosures nearby. Jen was very energetic in doing her best to help me with my situation. She new that even if I could execute a short sale with my bank that there was a good possibility she would get little or no commission in the deal. She met with me a number of times to talk about exit strategies, she gave me a lot of information to help my decision making process, and she acted as a buffer between myself and the banks once I had an offer to buy the home. In the end, despite my offer being $26,000 over the appraised value of the home, Jen and I still couldn't get the bank to accept the offer. This was at no fault of her's, as she tried very hard to convince the banks that accepting the offer was in their best interest. She spent many hours on the phone, and many frustrating days trying to get through to the decision makers. I was very impressed with this service, especially considering that the bank told her up front she would get a very modest commission if the deal went through. That did not stop her from trying her best to help me out. I would recommend Jen to anyone I know, as I know she will look out for your best interest. She didn't receive a dime for working with me, and despite that, she still follows up to see how I'm doing. She is very good at what she does. She's very sincere, and I would recommend her to anyone.

In the end, a change in my husband's job status made us decide to stay where we are now. While we were trying to decide what we were going to do, Jen was constantly in the background letting us know if she found houses she thought we'd be interested in, giving us feedback on our home when we asked, but never pushing us or giving us the hard sell. If and when we do decide to put the house on the market, we will definitely call Jen.

We listed our house while the market was falling and still on its way down. But we had faith in Jen and that our listing price was fair. Based on feedback from other sellers in our neighborhood, we had way more traffic than any other house, PLUS we actually received multiple offers before finally accepting what we believed to be a fair offer (a higher selling price than that of comparable homes in our neighborhood AND within 95% of our original asking price). We were also incredibly picky buyers, and Jen (enthusiastically) spent more than the usual number of "house hunting" trips with us before we finally found the house we wanted. She was extremely patient, and also very helpful in terms of helping us prioritize features of our dream house/neighborhood. While we don't expect to move again for at least 10 years, we know we have a Realtor for life in Jen. Whether you are selling or buying a house -- hire Jen -- you will not be disappointed!

Jen did an outstanding job selling my house. She listed the house and within 2 days I had an offer. After having other agents out and a wide listing range I felt she wanted to get the best price for my house, but not over price it. I felt like she knew the market and knew exactly were to price the house. She was very energetic and motivated; she gave great ideas on how to stage the house. Jen always kept me informed on the progress of the sale and closing, I never had to call her to see how things were going. I would recommend her highly to anyone trying to sell a house.

Although we ended up deciding not to sell our condo, Jen was an excellent Real Estate agent that I would definitely use again and would recommend her services to everyone.

Jen gets it done!! She really listened to what we wanted in a home and she searched high and low for houses to show us that fit our requirements. Everyday she kept us updated on new listings. She was really on top of it. She was also patient with us throughout the dozens of homes we looked at before we found "the one". We never felt like she wanted us to rush into a purchase; she genuinely wanted to put us in a home that was right for our family and our budget. Not only is Jen a nice, honest person, but is professional, KNOWS Real Estate and is great at negotiating. She doesn't waste time when it comes to getting the job done. We were not the only family bidding on the house we bought. There were other bids and Jen was stealthy in getting our bid in!! I am so thankful that a friend recommended Jen to us, we wouldn't be in the home we are in now if it wasn't for her.

Our experience with Jen was awesome. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest realstate trends. She is easy to talk to and great to work with. She was able to answer any questions we had and made the whole process much easier. Our house sold in less then three months during the holiday season! She is just a great agent.
