ON A NUMBER OF TIMES, I HAVE CALLED THE OFFICE TO REQUEST THAT SPECIAL ITEMS BE PICKED UP WITH THE GARBAGE. THE OFFICE PERSONNEL ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GIVE THE EXACT COST FOR PICK-UP OF THAT ITEM. THE COST IS REASONABLE.

THE DRIVERS ARE FRIENDLY. THEY TAKE AN EXTRA BAG OR TWO WITHOUT ADDING ON ANY EXTRA COST. AND THEY PRICE MATCH. IF YOU FIND A COMPETITOR WHO IS CHEAPER, JUST GIVE ACE A CALL TO GET A MATCHED RATE.
