ACE SOLID WASTE

I called in about my recycling container and talked to Brenda and she was wonderful. Got the situation resolved and she was very bright and cheery, especially for a Monday morning

Everything has gone as advertised. No problems

Fine. There is nothing to comment on at this time. I just started with Ace. Over time, I will evaluate their service and comment as needed.

Fine but there wait time on the phone took along time.

Service initiated promptly. Canister delivered at time expected.

Garbage collection. They took our container when I ordered a new one and never replaced it and had no record of my order. Did not pick up garbage today nor have they brought a new container. Michael Hall was wonderful, this company is the worst! Lousy customer service as well!

Prices are way too high and they seem to increase 3x per year

Items were picked up early on the appointed day.

After contacting customer service each time, it was determined to be a new driver who wasn't following the right route. They corrected the problem and offered to deduct the cost of the service from my next bill.

Worst customer service ever. So frustrated with charges popping up on my account and then having to call in to get them changed and then seeing it again. Called to cancel service and was informed that even though I pay three months in advance for service, I do not get a refund for the unused service. Icing on the cake. Canceled anyway as I don't want to see that name on a cart anywhere near my home. Good riddance.

My wife and I have purchased a new home and the previous owner use ACE Waste as their refuse and recyclable vendor. We wanted to continue with our provider as they did service the new neighborhood and we would only have to change the address. Upon arriving at the new house the ACE containers were full of the previous owners last bits and pieces of their move, which was perfectly fine! My wife made the first contact with ACE and was placed on a 25 minute hold! The first pick up was arranged, we put out the containers and they never made a pick up. My wife contacted them later that pick up day's evening, another long hold again - this time it was over 30 minutes. Pick up arranged and they just emptied the containers this time - they failed to take their product. My wife call yet again for a third time and I also called. She was on hold for 21 minutes and I never got through as I had to be somewhere and could not stay on hold (hung up at the 20 minute mark or so). Pick up time arranged... well they are 50 50 - they picked up the trash container. We both called and emailed their customer support about the recycle container - have never received any response. No read receipts from the emails that were sent, no call backs to messages. I am in retail and I know that customer service is king. This companies customer services isn't even the horse droppings on village idiot's shoes... The only saving grace is we did not pay for their service, I feel for those who do! Trying to be Green but just got Mean, B

Very responsive and timely. Promised quick turnaround time and delivered on that. Put the dumpsters exactly where we wanted them. Easy to deal with and came to pick up as soon as I called.

This weekly garbage service was good until they charged me an additional $20. The customer service rep was not able to explain the error and simply blamed it on me providing random reasons because she admitted they have no information on their end to look at. I find it totally unacceptable that I have to go into their system to restart my service every time their automatic billing doesn't go through and then I end up paying double that month. I would rather change services than have to closely monitor my garbage company to see if their billing system is working to avoid additional charges. Service is good, billing and customer service gets an F-

I think they are fine; they come when they tell you they are and call you before holidays to let you know that they are not coming out on a certain day. They also tell you when they will come out. They are reliable but the only thing I would say is that if you want them to pick up extra things they are expensive; but I think any garbage company is if you want them to pick up something extra-big.

I've not had any problems. If I am going to be gone, they will put the service on hold so I am not paying for services not used. With the recycling it is mixed recycling so I don't have to sort. The only thing I don't like is the pickup is on Monday so if I am gone over the weekend I don't always make it home on time to get it out for collection.

I chose them because the service is cheeper. They are pleasant to work with.

The price is fantastic. They are very responsive. One time they missed my recycling, so I called and they had a truck come out right away.

We've been using this company off an on for the last twelve years. This company did a phenomenal job once again. They are prompt and professional, and they match the price of their competitors. This is an excellent company I'll definitely keep using in the future.

Very professional and reliable. On occasion, I didn't get my can out before they came. I called, and they sent a truck out the next day.

They are excellent. They come every Monday at the same time. I have had them take other items that I have to pay extra for. They also take my yard waste and I pay extra for that. They will make a special pick up to get other things I need disposed.

Ace is doing a great job for us. We really like that they know how to use a computer and all our transactions have been via email/Internet. They have a great site: www.acesolidwaste.com with lots of info. and the ability to set up special pickups and pay our bill on-line.

Ace has been great. They have always picked up any extra garbage that was oversized or would not fit into my Ace provided garbage can without ever charging extra. This service is very professional and competitively priced. I highly recommend Ace.

Generally good experience. The drivers always pick up extra items left out with the trash. Occasionally (but rarely) leave trash items that fall out onto the street. Over the years they have changed to dedicated carts for garbage, yard waste and recycling, though, which is annoying because it is hard to find storage places for three separate carts.
