The estimate was around $2500. I would have chosen them, but I had to pause because they weren’t available until October. I would use them in the future. In fact, I’m going to call them back.

We were impressed with Kelly from the time he came out to estimate the job. We know nothing about tile and he had a number of useful suggestions. He and Andy were prompt, courteous and did excellent work. We are very impressed with the results and are seriously thinking of having them do additional work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelly and Andy to anyone contemplating any tile work.

They did an outstanding job. He and his people were extremely knowledgeable. We actually got antique Mexican tile from Mexico. They provided outstanding materials to back it and they had value added on recommending placement. They had an artist feel and a craftsman touch in the installation. They basically don't shortcut anything to do it right. We would recommend them with confidence.

Kelly is amazing! We had one of the uglier tiled tub/shower surrounds in the Twin Cities. We held off redoing it because we’ve run into major problems every time we work on the 1923 part of the house. However, it finally got so bad that we hired Kelly to replace it, as well as the bathroom floor, with the hope that the room would no longer be embarrassing. We were blown away by how beautiful it turned out, especially since the project ended up having all the challenges we’d anticipated. Kelly does exceptional prep work and is an artist when it comes to tile. He and Andy are also good guys and a pleasure to have around. As an added benefit, Kelly recommended and coordinated an excellent plumber (Dan Hudson) and a contractor willing to do a couple small wall repair projects (Brent Gallivan). I wish we’d discovered Kelly last year when we remodeled our kitchen. We will definitely hire him again.

kelly visited the work site and asked questions that brought up good points we hadn't considered. He also referred us to other subcontractors which we found to be top notch. Although we didn't hire Kelly as we chose to have a single supplier do plumbing plus framing plus tiling, we wouldn't hesitate to call Kelly again, and will have him quote our tile work in other rooms.

From start to finish we couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and professional behavior of Kelly Hendricks and Andy. Their workmanship is top-notch. The tile looks fabulous! Our remodeled bathroom is now a showpiece and definitely adds to the value of our home. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and clean. They used draping to cover our floors from front door to the work area. They draped off the work area to reduce dust in the rest of the home. Kelly was very thorough with the estimate and broke it down as we requested. They both offered their professional opinions and some advice in the design and materials choices and respected our decisions. They removed the glass block so carefully that we were able to salvage it to resell it. We highly recommend Tile & Style and would hire them again.

They did a very good job and it looks great. They came on the days that they said they would, kept us informed about the job and were very professional. Would definitely recommend this company to others! Very professional job!!

Overall, Kelly did a good quality job. I would recommend him if you are looking for a quality effort. The only issue I had was with the estimate. The initial estimate was fair, but what was not made clear to me was the addition of grout, which was a late addition to the cost.

He was a good listener and was attentive to what was important to us- an exacting layout of the tile, concerns regarding the in-floor heating under the tile, scheduling constraints, etc. He took time to inform us of the proper installation procedures for the wood subfloor to be done by our carpenter and heating elements under the new tile by our electrician. His installation was done as he had promised. He oversaw the entire job. It was completed on time. The tile is level, aligned and straight, joints are tight and even. It was a very good experience; no hassles, no problems. Price was great. Kelly was a pleasure to work with.

The whole experience was first rate. Kelly has great attention to detail and I feel the workmanship was excellent. He also has great contacts at a local tile shop who were were very helpful in picking colors and developing the look and design. When questions came up, he was able to use his experience to advise us on on options and the visual impact they would have so I felt like we made informed choices. I felt like he treated the project like he was doing it for his own home, very vested in doing quality work. Would highly recommend

Kelly was very prompt to respond to my questions. He took the time to explain to me the different aspects of tiling and what steps are involved in the process. He was very professional and punctual. He did a very good job of everything and we are very pleased with our new bathroom! We got a discount on the tile we bought which helped with the overall cost of the project. His pricing is very reasonable for the excellent quality of work he does. If there was anything that I would have liked to do differently next time, it would have been to get the mudding and taping of the drywall done before Kelly did the tiling.

They are excellent there work is very thorough. He keep us informed about what he was doing and gave an estimate that he stuck to. He cleaned up after himself.

Kelly Hendricks stepped in after first contractor said that he couldn't do the job. He showed up with a list of references and a book of photographs of previous jobs. The tile had already been purchased. His estimate of costs were absolutely accurate and he worked on the weekend to get the job done on time. Because of problems with the first contractor, I had written a penalty clause into the contract. His work is of high quality and there is no doubt that he knows exactly what he is doing. The thing I learned about having tiling done was how much hassle it is to pull up the old floor and move all of the large appliances out of the way. I hired a brawny young man to do that labour.

The overall experience with Kelly was excellent. He came out to the house to give an estimate and his estimate was very detailed in case I would like to do some of the work myself. For example removing and replacing the trim. He did the installation when scheduled and was completed when promised. He actually did the work while we were out of town, which shows his trustworthiness and reliability. His attention to detail was excellent and was able to answer all our questions. I would strongly recommend Kelly and would use him again.

HE DID A GREAT JOB AT A GOOD PRICE. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

KELLY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE SHOWED US PICTURES OF PREVIOUS PROJECTS HE HAD DONE AS WELL AS REFERENCES. OUR PROJECT WAS UNUSUAL AND HE KNEW HOW TO HANDLE THE COMPLICATIONS. HE ARRIVED, WITH HIS ASSOCIATE LANCE, ON TIME. LANCE SPECIALIZES IN INTERESTING WORK. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE HARD WORKING AND EVEN MANAGED TO DO THE PROJECT OVER A WEEKEND. BEFORE LEAVING, KELLY CLEANED UP THE KITCHEN, GAVE US SOME GROUT SEALER AND EXPLAINED HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE TILE. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN OUR OTHER BIDS; HOWEVER, KELLY IS AN EXPERT, AND HE EXUDED CONFIDENCE WHICH MADE ME BELIEVE HE WAS THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB. YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. HIS QUALITY IS EXCELLENT.
