I decided to use them at that time because I like their products. Everything went great. Everything was delivered on time and as expected.

Things went pretty well with Rock Solid, no complaints really. Things were delivered on time. I'm pretty sure we installed the rock garden ourselves. It was just a pretty standard operation. We ordered rock from them, they brought it on time, pretty quickly, a couple of days after we ordered it. Everything was there when we needed it. I don't remember the pricing but I do remember that we got a good deal because we just did the mixed rock. Everything was done quickly. We've used Rock Solid a couple of times.

I stopped using them. They got too expensive and I didn't like the work that they did. Their lawn mower was just too big to get down my hill and it's tearing up my lawn so that is one of the reasons why I stop using them. It's too expensive.

I have been happy with them. I have used them for probably 10 years or more. They are local and he does a good job. He is prompt and comes when he says he will. The price is competitive. I pay annually for the system.

We have been using Rock Solid now for 2 years. They do our lawn mowing which includes the weed whipping. The yard always looks great after they been out to our house. We also added in fertilizing this year to our contract. I can see a big difference in our lawn this year. They have done a great job and we recommended them highly.

Likely they used the wrong sod, or poor quality, not sure. So, that is why I can only rate them a C.

They are not very flexible with scheduling. They give you a date and it seldom is late enough for when I want the work done. However, on the given date they show up promptly and satisfactorily complete the service. Will likely look for a different provider next fall

That went good everything worked, but the first job they did for me was they were supose to pick up rocks in my back yard and put down black dirt and grass seed. Well the rocks are piled behind my garage and one spot of grass never came up so they brought out some sod for this section some was dead so it never took hold. it took me two years to get this spot looking good.

Delivered product quickly and placed it where directed.

They did a nice job, the waterfall is fine. We would have liked a different waterfall that was at a home show, but because we have flat land they just reconstructed what we had. They were really helpful and did a nice job.

Price was better than other quotes I received.

Very professional and knowledgeable.

When I called them they showed up with a bobcat scooped up the wrong mulch & came back the same day with the correct color.

They are great to work with and I have used their services twice over the past five years. They put the mulch exactly where I want them to. They have a lot of different mulch options to choose from. They charge a reasonable amount.

They could not perform the work during the time frame I wanted. I received three estimates and went with a provider who could do the service within the time frame I needed, I started thinking about project too late in the season.

We have been using their services for at least five years. They have done a great job. They have excellent customer service and are very attentive.

They had a good selection of rocks. We were looking for a particular kind which they had. We were able to take the rocks with us in our truck but they do have delivery options available.

They are outstanding in their service with my sprinkler system. I've been very pleased.

I was not very pleased with this service. Some of my grass is burnt.

It went very well,they came out on time and had everything done the same day. I am very happy with there the job.

The service was good. The cost was a little expensive.

The service could have been better. Some of the plants are not in good shape as they were not put in the dirt far enough and we have to be really on them to keep them healthy. Other than that the work does look good. We love the paver work that they did. They were nice guys to work with.

They were good and professional. The estimate for the work was a little high.

Overall the service has been great. We had a summer plan with them that we did not get a lot out of. They tried to make up for that and provide a sprinkler blow out. I would recommend them as they have been very responsive and they have helped us in any way needed.

These guys worked all day for three days. Made sure all was in order before leaving each day. Very nice work. Bid was in the middle of the pack, and was the only bid with an accompanying plan. More than a little money, but we feel it was a good value nonetheless.
