Was charged 3x more than the quote with no previous notice or explanation!!! 😳😳😳 After patiently waiting until 6/20 for a “spring” irrigation startup due to scheduling, was told by the technician that they would setup the system and come speak with me if any other charges or repairs were needed. Technician left with no communication and received a $250 bill the next morning with no choice. Customer service was terrible and received threats that they would trespass and remove parts from my system if I did not pay. Payment was made within 12 hours of receipt since, but terrible experience! So many opportunities for a more positive customer experience- even to apologize that the quote was exceeded without notification and no repair needs were indicated during the service ( even with explicit commitment to doing so ). Instead of owning it, the tone was abrasive and asking if I’d like the equipment removed from my property. I almost never write reviews but don’t want anyone else to unknowingly experience this feeling🥺

Rock Solid sends out a letter to set up an appointment whether it is to blow out the sprinkler system or get things up and running in the Spring. The technician arrived within the time window set up. I recommend using Rock Solid.

I think, I used them because they happened to be a local company that did that. The product is fine. We didn’t get any other quotes. I guess the price was reasonable enough. They were on time with the scheduled time.

Gentleman came, took measurements of my back firepit area, and was unwilling to listen to my additional requests to complete the entire landscape job at my property - around home, etc. Stated he would "get back to me with a quote." I contacted again x2 via email, requesting the quote & to ask to "get on the books, asap". There was absolutely NO response from anyone at their offices. If a company is not interested in taking on new projects - it would do them best to NOT come to the property at all, as waiting for a lack of response just put my project additional weeks behind. Or a simple email response, would have been a professional method of passing on the project. I have decided to give my 7,800.00 to Gary's Landscaping in Andover, and have been MORE than pleased with their response time for my complete landscaping needs.

All services were done with no issues. I was very pleased with the fall cleanup that was done in the yard! I plan to use them again for other services next year.

The work was done quickly and extra issues that were talked about were taken care of at that time also.

It was a horrible experience. It started in June and the problems persisted to August. The work was reasonable. However, there was a very poor communication. They cut electrical wires without a discussion with me. They were unwilling to accept any responsibility at this time. I thought their ethics were poor. The quality of the work they did was reasonable. The quality of the service associated with the work was not good. Quality of work was fine. The workmanship was fine. I don't have problems with the quality of work.

Great. They do our fall and spring clean up. They also do our irrigation. I am overall very happy. The workers are friendly.

we ended up having to pay a lot of money again to have it fixed. It wasn't watering for along time so my lawn basically died. It was not a good experience this year. Not a all.

They did a fine job. It was excellent. They were prompt. They did give me a huge discount. They were running on a special so they did the delivery for free.

We have recommended them to a couple of neighbors. They are pretty good but they could be a little more responsive. The price is competitive.

I probably wouldn't use them again because the company that does my yard is going to be doing my sprinkler system as well so it's kind of a one-stop shopping type thing.

I would absolutely recommend them again. I wish I could show you how my yard looks like before they came and after they left. Honestly, they did a really good job. There were a couple of times when they said they were going to show up and they showed up late. There were a couple of times when they didn't show up when they said they were going to but it's hard to do yard work in the rain. He didn't tell me he wasn't coming but I knew he wasn't and then he showed up on a day that wasn't crappy. They were late a couple of times and there were a couple of times, I hang around waiting for him to give him some instructions and he was like an hour late. I thought their pricing was fair. The quality was good. They don't call me up the day they wouldn't come.

Terrible! I don't want to do business with them. My lawn was horrible. It took a few times before they responded to come and check the dirt.

It's okay. It's not like it's outstanding and it's not as horrible. Their price has been competitive.

They will be here in a week to provide a sprinkler system. They are local and have good follow ups. They are nice folks and nice to do business with. They know what they are doing. If you have them come out, they will do the job the way you want them to do it. The price is very competitive.

I had an excellent experience with them. Even though my husband was in the hospital for a heart attack, they came out and blew up the lines and took care of everything. The really do a good job. We have been using them for three or four years. We highly recommend them. They follow up and they communicate well. They contact us in the spring and set up a date when they will come out. Then they contact you on the phone and come out and blow up all the lines. I don’t know the exact cost because it is my husband who pays them but I believe it is realistic.

They did good work. He was very funny. I wasn't dissatisfied. So far, it has held up pretty well. The price seemed good at that time.

I was not happy with them. I had dirt delivered and it was not great dirt, it was full of rocks and I asked for the sifted stuff so they did not deliver what I had paid for. The person that I talked to when I called them about it was rude, he pretty much didn't want to do anything for me so I wouldn't use them again.
