Description of Work: This time Riccar did a furnace inspection and cleaning as well as fixed the air exchanger (small replacement part). They installed our heating and air when the house was built 10 years ago. Maintained it since. The service scheduler always seems a bit gruff when I call to schedule service over the years. Look past it. He is not the guy doing the service anyway. There was a schedule mix up this time though, but it is a busy time for them with people turning their furnace on for the first time. When I called to see if they were coming another person answered the phone and was very apologetic and helpful. He instantly accommodated me by squeezing me in the next day. Service is always great and Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful with offering suggestions on how to maintain the furnace/air conditioner at its best level for my home.

Description of Work: Riccar Heating did the original installation of our heating and AC system over four years ago, and we are now under a service contract with them. They are excellent! They call to schedule our spring and fall maintenance visits, and they are very responsive in helping us determine the most efficient way to run our system. We give them an A across the board!

Description of Work: Installed a new furnace. After a week we determined it was too powerful for our needs. Riccar came out and switched out to another unit. The general manager even came out to talk with us. An excellent company! They were the ones that donated their time and equipment to a house built for Extreme Home Makeover.
