Very well. I had no problem reaching them, scheduling. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. They turned off the sprinklers and also I had a couple of things I wanted them to look and they did an inspection and gave me feedback and I was very happy. They accomplished what I needed them to do and were professional, friendly and responsive.

Arrived on time but had no idea how to repair the sprinkler heads. Also did not have the parts. He said he would go back to warehouse and return with parts but never did.

Very nice, the gentle is very nice and did a very good job. The gentleman help me solve a issue with it, with the sprinkle while he was here.

The technician arrived promptly and got to work right away blowing out the 5 zones. He inspected each zone as it was being blown out. He was looking for any leaks in the system and found none. I thought he could have let the air flow continue a bit more for each system since mist was still coming out but he assured me that the slight water left in the system wouldn't cause any problems and I think he is likely correct. If not, I guess he will be doing a spring repair.

Cons. Irrigation was very professional. They not only blew out our system by examined each head and gave recommendations/estimates for repair or replacement if we choose to do so.

Smooth process. Our home address changed from a move and the company was very responsive in the scheduling process.

The tech showed up during the first half hour of the time window they had provided. The winterization only took about 15 minutes with another 5 minutes to review what was found during inspection of the system. I felt the work was done well, and I felt well informed about the status of my system by the time he left.

The work was fast and effective. Two gentlemen arrived five minutes earlier than the scheduled time. After introducing, they went right on to locate the the "back flow". The hose was probably too short on the first attempt. so they had to relocate the car from the street to our driveway to hook up their device. Then one man set up the operation from the controller and the device, starting the blow off. As the water was pushed out, they went around to examine the sprinkler heads and record any with defects. They gave me a list of recommended repairs with an estimate, and then left swiftly. Taking care of eight zones took probably less than an hour.

DISHONEST. INCOMPETENT. GREEDY. On April 12, 2016, I was contacted out of the blue by Kelly Skrivseth asking if we needed our sprinkler system setup. She explained that the company which had previously performed that service was no longer in business. She went on to inform me of how superior Conserva is, and if the previous company had done a better job, they may still be in business. Fair enough, she was friendly, so I thought it over and told her I would call back. Kelly's email to me stated quote "I know you won't be dissatisfied with the service we provide.". When I contacted Conserva again and asked them to move forward for the service. The insisted that I pay $160 up front, which I thought was a little bit odd, but I needed my sprinkler system up and running so I agreed. I was charged $160 on 5/13. Conserva scheduled my appointment for 4:00 PM on Tuesday May 17. I had to leave work early to make it work, but as long as my lawn would be watered, I was okay with it. I got home in time to turn the water on and I waited. At 4:10 I called the company to check on the status and spoke to Wanda. She assured me that the appointment was still scheduled and somebody would certainly be out that day. At 4:30 she called me back and explained the tech was running 30-40 minutes late, but he was still coming out that day and would be calling me any minute. 5:30 comes and goes, no call, no show, so I call back only to find out that their office closes at 4:30 PM. I left a message explaining the situation and sent an email to Kelly. Kelly never responded. I did get a call the next day from Wanda. She apologized and told me she would look into it. She also asked if she could reschedule. I told her I wasn't willing to leave work early again, but I would be willing to give them another chance if they could do 5 PM. The earliest the could schedule a 5PM service call was the following Tuesday. This was less than ideal since it meant another full week without my lawn being watered, but per Kelly's promise of "I know you won't be dissatisfied with the service we provide.", I agreed to give them another chance. Well, 5 PM came and went on May 24. No call, no email, no service, no contact whatsoever. I waited around until 7 PM and finally gave up. To recap - Conserva took my money in advance, scheduled an appointment, no showed, called and scheduled ANOTHER appointment, only to NO SHOW AGAIN. Conserva aren't just dishonest, and incompetent, they go our of their way to waste the time of their customers AFTER taking their money. I suppose it makes sense. If they waited to get paid after the service was performed, they would never get paid.

It went fine. Our system was a bit different for the technician so he had some questions and had to call the office to get some answers. We asked them to remove some parts and was told it wasn't necessary. But the previous owner of the home said if they aren't removed and stored indoors for the winter they will crack in the cold weather so we have to figure out how to do that ourselves. Was hoping the hired company would do it.

They were fast to contact us, punctual and completed sprinkler winterization quickly Would definitely work again with this company.
