Conserva Irrigation

Exceptional. I have worked with Conserva Irrigation in the past and their service and professionalism is second to none. This year was no exception.

The tech arrived on time and worked very efficiently. I am completely happy with their service and will use them again in the fall.

The team showed early on within the scheduled window. They checked all the sprinkler heads replacing one that was clogged for $20. Addressed all my concerns by adjusting the sprinkler heads in a way that saved me the money from installing additional. All in all, a great job

It wasn't a pleasant experience; I was not made aware of the total price/cost, and the amount charged was way high compared to the work performed. I would not recommend them.

It went realy well. Conserva schedules it, notifies me and gets it done as scheduled at a competitive price. No complaints! It is a pleasure to do business with them. I have been using their services for 4 years.

I'm terribly disappointed with Angie's list on this one -- I believe the company is not at fault. I cannot even call anyone with Angie's list, there is no "chat support" as suggested when I was turned down on the phone, and the email address suggested is not monitored. I was charged twice -- once for the $65 deal and once by the company. How did the company even get my credit card number?!?!?

Fast., but the tech was knowledgeable, curtious, friendly. He did not push products or extra services on me, which is important to me, because I also am in the landscape business and I know how things work.

Services were never performed. Asked for a refund from Angie's List and was told that they could not process a refund after 30 days. Beware of these Angies List deals as you cannot get a refund if the provider simply does not show up and it is more than 30 days.

Great! They even did an assessment of things to fix for the next year.

Horribly. They committed to having work done in one day. Left that night promising to be back the next morning (weds). They left holes in the yard, mounds of dirt, tools, parts, etc all over the yard that my dogs got into and could have killed themselves with (the parts/tools). Weds they did not show up or call. On Monday, I had to call to find out where they were. I had also picked up all their tools and junk they left in the yard. They finally came out on that tuesday and finished the work. The cuts they did in the yard as well as all the track out was horrible. Some areas never grew back. Areas they had left mounded with dirt did not grow back. My neighbors did some repair on the side yards themselves. I had to call my fence contractor out to fix two gates. I had to have my landscape company fix areas in the yard (sod and/or seed depending on area). Conserva also broke the door of my electrical panel. When they came out to fix that (not on the day they committed to - their repair guy called the night before and said he had a side job for his manager so was going to come out "some time during the day" instead of at 830 when we had it scheduled - I ended up having to leave my garage unlocked all day as had to work- he never showed) and look at the yard, they claimed all looked good in the yard and "fixed" the electrical panel. It fell half way off that night. They came out today (were late for the appt), the repair guy argued with me that he shouldn't have to do anything. That the electrical panel was 30 years old and shouldn't be their issue. Well - it should be in the condition it was in when they used it. He then told me that he didn't understand all my issues - they left my yard in "one of the best conditions of all yards they have ever worked on". I would be embarrassed if I was them and that was the case. The only reason my yard looks half way decent is due to my neighbors and the landscape company that I hired. One of their guys also kept trying to get me to hire him to do side jobs which was very unprofessional. My neighbor wanted to call and issue a complaint with how they left our adjoining yard. From my experience, they were never on time (or flat out didn't show up when committed to being there), left things in such a disarray that they could have physically harmed or killed my dogs, and put their manager in front of their clients. I have yet to see where they care about how they treat their clients or that they care about the work the complete.

He was fast, efficient and took the time to inspect all our zones while being blown out and gave an estimate for repairs and zone reconfiguration we'll need next spring. Very satisfied.

Fantastic! On time and replaced a couple of sprinkler heads that were not functioning properly. Combined several zones from 9 zones to 5. Reset timing on areas that were being over watered. Talked about some new options for next season. I would absolutely hire them again!
