They got to my house very very quickly after my call, sinks were unclogged before I could blink an eye, everything well cleaned up, and one of the offending bobby pins brought to my attention (oops, my fault!). The replacement of the whole faucet and shutoff mechnanism went quickly as well, and Ryan even positioned the handles in a new manner that made thing MUCH easier to deal with in the laundry tub. Fast, effective, polite. I am going to have them back when I do my bathroom remodel.

I had an issue with one of my leaky valves inside my house that controls flow of water to an exterior faucet. The valve was continuing to leak (initially quite fast) even when turned off. I called and spoke to Ryan and we arranged a time for him to come out. He was very punctual arriving toward the start of the window we had arranged late in the day. He gave me an estimate and stuck exactly to it. Before starting work he advised me of what exactly he would be doing, discussed an option that would involve not having to remove any drywall and what may have to happen if the initial plan did not work. He was very clear about everything. He ended up replacing two leaky inside valves that controlled outside faucets as well as both faucets. Everything works great and he did not have to remove any drywall in this particular case. I will absolutely use Citywide again.

Ryan showed up right on time and we went over the costs one final time. He then removed the old heater but the delivery man's truck broke down so Ryan went and got another water heater that was a 12 year warranty---- as the one with the 8 year warranty we had agreed on was not available. I did not pay extra as Ryan absorbed the price difference! He also pulled the permit for the work at Maplewood City hall. After he cleaned up he showed me how to use and maintain it and was on his way. Even with the extra trip he it only took him an extra hour to finish the job. Top notch job.

They were very professional, friendly, and prompt. They were very helpful when they were here. There were couple other plumbing issues that I asked them if they could fix that and they did it on the spot, so we were really happy with them. The owner's name is Ryan. Even his assistant was really good. They cleaned up everything. They found some problems that needed to be fixed and they fixed it on the spot. We did get a water heater from them and it is working really well. We haven't had any problems with them. We do have plans to do some other stuff and we would definitely hire them.

No problems. I had the electric hot water heater already in the basement. The electrical wiring was already hooked into the circuit breaker box. He pulled a permit which subsequently passed. I thought the price was high, but it's the price you pay for competence.

Went great....on time, pulled city permit, used high quality water heater, had to get creative with plumbing into existing cabinet that was too small so heater would face the right way.

I contacted Citywide on Monday afternoon, and Ryan was able to schedule the work for the next morning after I called. He showed up at exactly the agreed on time, calling in advance. He was very professional, removing boots and using a drop cloth. He provided an estimate for the work we thought would be necessary and charged in line with that estimate (in fact, slightly less due to the pipe blockage being less involved than it might have been). I would say the prices were reasonable for the time and work involved. I would definitely use Ryan and Citywide Plumbing's services again based on this experience.

Ryan was very courteous and professional. His product choices were reputable and appear to have good service reliability - his pricing was very reasonable.

They were very good and if I needed a plumber again I would call them. They were very clean and neat. They laid down drop cloths from my front door where they came in all the way down the hall and into my bedroom. The room they worked on was the farthest room there is from the front door. They tarped the entire thing and cleaned up well. I don't know other people's prices, but the price was satisfactory to me.

It was a very pleasant experience. Ryan seemed to have a very good head on his shoulders and seems to be very competent when it comes to plumbing. He was easy to work with, punctual, gave a good estimate, stuck to his estimate and talked us through anything that he found that he did not expect to find when he gave us the estimate. We had called him in for one problem, but when he got into the walls he found more things that needed to be fixed which wasn't surprising since it is an older home. We felt good about everything that he ended up doing for us and we would use him again.

They were professional and the piece of copper pipe that they replaced was replaced by some copper pipe that they found while doing another job in my basement.
