Ryan did a fantastic job roughing in my post frame building for a bathroom and running a gas line extension from my house. The project had a small window to get the work done, making scheduling a plumber difficult. Citywide arrived on time and provided a professional service and product, rolling with changes that popped up during the build. I will definitely call on Citywide to finish the plumbing in the shop next year and to help with any other future work in our house! I will recommend them to my friends in the area!

He charged me almost $400 per hour which I think is really high for the work that was done. (see below) I was well informed about what may need to be done because of potential issues. Given then circumstances I think the job was done well. The potential cost was explained to me and I agreed to proceed knowing problems could be encountered. It was discovered that a new flash was needed At that point I really had no choice but to agree to additional charges. I was surprised when he was finished in about 2 hours. I asked him if he charged by the hour and he told me that he charged by the job.

the usual great service. also gave me advice on how to fix a dripping valve instead of replacing it.

It went great, he does great work and is priced fairly. It ended up being a more difficult job than anticipated but he was professional and worked with us to find a suitable fix.

Work performed without any issues or concerns. Communication was good before, during and after. Because water lines would be visible under the sink, offered to install nicer looking chrome pipes which look great. Nice job overall, I will hire again.

Not well, sent pictures to Ryan and quoted me a price to fix $750-850 (his 3hr. rate) for this job which to be fair include roughly $100 in PVC parts. When he arrived he did not remove his plumbers boots and proceeded to walk down a into a finished area with very expensive carpet..(if my wife had been home he would have been fired before he started) after Ryan looked at the project in person he said the job would be $850 (what a shock) so $850-$100 parts = $750 that's 250 per hr. I thought it seemed high in comparison to the other plumbers rates including his own standard rate. His own admission that he was going to make some "good money" on this job was particularly disturbing. As he was filling out the contract he tells me that.. if he cracks the pvc when he is cutting It then I would incur additional cost above the $850?.. so now his "bid" is a time and material project? I ended up hiring a another Angie's list A rated plumber and he completed the job perfectly for $430.00 Include all parts. What's disappointing is that it appears that this is a plumber Ryan@ (City Wide) taking advantage of a customer that can not use their plumbing and charging significantly more than usual... that's the bottom line.. I have no axe to grind with Ryan and if you look at how I rated him in all the other categories you will see that several were positive. Hope this helps someone else when choosing a plumber.

Citywide was recommended by a friend. Ryan was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgable and provided same day service. He immediately detected the cause of the leak and had it repaired within the hour. Also fixed a small toilet issue in the same trip. I highly recommend him. The price was reasonable and he was clean, fast and personable. Great work!

Ryan was able to come out the same day to get my leaking laundry room fixtures back in service and stop the leak into my wall. When he shut off the main line he noticed it had a leak as well so he added that to the work order for me. Ryan gave me an up front price for performing the work. He was efficient and kept me informed. He cleaned up afterwards, tested everything and gave me some suggestions to keep it from occurring again. I definitely would recommend Ryan and Citywide.

The night before I was working on a bathroom that I was trying to install a insert shower in. I broke the shower faucet and water was leaking everywhere in the bathroom on a Sunday night and thus had to shut off the water. Checked the schedule on Angieslist and I had used Ryan once before so turned in a request that night. Also called him around 7:00am that day and was able to have come him out to the house around 2:00pm today Monday. So what can I say no one else was able to house for basically the same date. The new faucet works great and He unclogged the drain even a lot quicker.

He came out to help me with the water heater. I have used him earlier to upgrade some plumbing in the basement. He is wonderful, dependable and I like having good hands. He is very clean and when he leaves everything is in great shape, he knows what he is doing, he is very knowledgeable and I will use him in the future since I have some projects for him. He does a great job, he is reliable and he is great. Price wise I have had other plumbers and I find him to be reasonable. He is not the cheapest but I am getting quality work.

I have been happy with the services he has done. I think hi price is pretty comparable to all the plumbers.

The fix was smooth & painless. Ryan's very professional and does quality work.

Came home after vacation. Shut off the valves to the washing machine as per normal. However, upon re-opening the valves, one was found to leak. I know enough plumbing to at least think about fixing it myself, but quickly knew that a 'man has to know his limitations'. Called another Angie's list plumber, who could not come out for another week..... Not so good after coming home from VaCa, needing to do some laundry. His recommendation of Ryan at Citywide turned out to be OK. Ryan came out - not that day, but the next, and replaced the fouled shut off valve. He also inserted another needed valve in our water supply system. Highly recommend!

Ryan came by and looked at our old water heater set up, estimated what our options were for a full replacement and came back to do the whole job the next day. Very knowledgable, courteous, and professional. This was our 2nd time having Ryan work for us, and will definitely use him again in the future.

Ryan arrived at the agreed window of time and he called before he came over. He got right to work and had the two faucets replaced within an hour. He was thorough, clean, tested everything and made time for my questions. No surprises in the price after the job was completed. Ryan is very professional and knowledgable about his profession. I appreciate that Ryan takes pride in the quality of his work and he has strong work ethic. The reason I rated Price with a B is that I didn't get prices from other plumbers simply because other companies I reached out to never called me back. I needed the work done sooner than later so I hired Ryan based on rave reviews. I'm assuming the price was fair and competatively priced.

Arrived exactly on time and city turned off water from street. He was in a out of the house in about hour. Very clean considering the space he was working in was small. Will definitely contact him back to do additional work.

Called Citywide Plumbing and he said he thought he could squeeze me in in the afternoon. They called me when they were on their way and arrived in the morning! Took a bit to get set up (had to thaw out a frozen rag in my bathroom sink). Took quite a while to snake through the drain. But all was completed and they cleaned up after themselves. I thought the price was just a bit high. But, everything else was great.

He was correct and I was able to get things working again, no service call needed.
