Description of Work: I needed a new inner tube for my riding (Craftsman) lawnmower. The first guy said he had done it, but he didn't, so the repair lasted 20 minutes. The second guy did it fine, but said "well, you know, we don't come here for nothing". He also said the first guy was new. I think that's no excuse.
