I did a lot of checking around and got 3 other bids. This was not the lowest bid, however I was very impressed with Kristina and her knowledge of all the materials. She helped us pick out the right countertop to match our new kitchen cupboards and fresh paint. Mike came out and took the measurements for our new countertops which were placed 11 working days later by Terry. The overall experience was very positive. We had one little defect in the counter and they sent out a representative from Silestone the next day and Darrin was able to fix it. We love our new countertops!

Mike was professional, prompt and courteous. The work was done when and as promised. They also provided a referral to a handyman to do some work required by our project but which Victory does not perform. Very responsive and we would easily do business with again. They were cheaper, yet provided a superior product and much quicker service than the big box stores. Thanks, guys!
Description of Work: Removed all kitchen countertops and replaced with granite. Remove and replace 2 sinks, disposals, etc. Also remove older countertop on a wet bar and replaced with matching granite.

They were really open and honest and made sure to keep all of our suggestions in mind. They have a extremely great service. They have competitive prices and the work that was done, was done with so much beautiful detail. I am very pleased with this company in general.
Description of Work: They installed two nine foot sections of granite countertops in my kitchen. They also customized a bathroom vanity that has granite counters and a shelf.

They went to the showroom where he gave me an estimate based on my measurements. I hired them. They came out a week later to measure. They installed granite countertops in the kitchen 2 weeks later.

I was very happy with the entire experience. Mike was easy to work with & his crew was extremely efficient. They finished the work in the time they estimated & it looked great.
Description of Work: I had a flood & was now remodeling my kitchen using a disaster recovery company. They had suggested one countertop company that wanted to tear out my counters before they would even measure & give me an estimate. I also went shopping on my own & found huge differences in prices. The recovery company finally located Victory Tops. Mike Mowers, the owner called & spoke with me. Then came out & measured, without having to remove my counters. His price was the lowest & included an undermount sink.

KERRI, THE OFFICE CONTACT, WAS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH, THOUGH WE HAD SOME DIFFICULTIES SCHEDULING THE ACTUAL WORK TO BE DONE. GOT SEVERAL ESTIMATES AND FOUND THIS ONE TO BE MOST REASONABLE. INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY, THEY EVEN RETURNED ONCE TO ADD A BACKSPASH TO AN AREA WE CHANGED OUR MIND ON. RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
