Duane and in communicating time of visits etc, his wife, Debbie were fabulous, professional, efficient, masked, and even came in a little under the estimate in terms of the price of the repair. I recommend them to everyone!

I had two separate appliances that needed repair. and Duane fixed them both. Came out and diagnosed the issue gave us a quote, then ordered the parts, and came back to install the parts. Very professiona,l very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I loved working with Stellar! I made one call and got Debbie the info on my oven, error codes, and what I thought was wrong. She then asked if I wanted to be texted or called, and I asked for texting. It was wonderful! A few minutes later she texted me the next available time, I oked it, then she texted when the service technician was on his way. The service tech REALLY knew his stuff. He showed me how he diagnosed the issue so it was super clear what the problem was (a bad igniter). Then he went to work fixing it. Unfortunately, the first igniter he brought in was broken in shipping (they are very fragile), but he had another one in his truck!! He even laid down a shipping blanket so none of the metal parts would scratch my floor. I could not have asked for a better appliance repair experience.

He showed up on time and had the right part with him. I couldn't ask for more.

The repair was done in a timely manner. The service man was friendly and professional - saved me from having to buy a new stove.

Our technician was excellent. We thought we would have to order a part and schedule another visit but he was able to fix it in a matter of an hour. If we knew it would be this easy and affordable to have fixed, we would've called months ago. Thanks so much!

The service and care we received was excellent.

Repair person was very knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly. A part needed to be ordered. And they placed the order and called me to schedule a date for the installation of the part. They came and he installed the part and my dishwasher works like new!

Wonderful. Removed ice from freezer. Replaced panel. Timely. Kept me informed about appointments and arrival of part.

Needed a refrigerator repair. Company was able to come within a couple days to diagnose and couple days later to complete the repair. Everything works great. Excellent communication and responsiveness.

The tech added more antifreeze to temporary fix it and explained we will eventually need a new frig. The cost was low for what he did.

Excellent customer service! Fixed the problem on our GE Microwave and now we are back in operation. Highly recommended.

It went absolutely well. Debbie and Duane are by far the most honest and kind hearted professional individuals I've encountered in along time. Especially with all that's going on in America today. It's nice to meet kind hearted people. Im happy Duane explained everything he was doing and why. Which I love because I like to feel included and ask questions even though I know very little but willing to learn. Lol. So I would definitely recommend and call upon for any other service I may need in the near future. So if your looking for honesty & honestly good people give them a call. Hose was loose and he checked everything, the rest was all good. He didn’t charge mean just to tighten the hose.

Great! New what he was doing. Only one service call charge even though he had to come back for installation 2 days later. Him and his wife were super nice!! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and use him again

Duane was very knowledgeable and polite and he was wearing a protective mask and gloves as recommended.
