Stellar Appliance Service replaced the motor on a 1993 Maytag gas dryer. The initial service call took place promptly, the problem was correctly diagnosed, and the charge very reasonable. When an unexpected noise then appeared, Duane came back within a couple of days and replaced a clip that no longer had enough tension to stay in place, free of charge. There is a reason that this company has a perfect approval rating. Debbie, who handles the scheduling, was also efficient and professional. And Duane wore a mask.

From my initial phone call, Debbie was beyond helpful and kind and scheduled me as soon as she was able to due to my situation, and when Duane arrived he knocked it out of the park!! He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and HONEST!! He was able to get my fridge working again so I could afford the time to order a new one, while also being honest enough to share that he couldn't "guarantee" the timeline! Not only do they provide the HIGHEST level of customer service, they are also the most wonderful human beings!! I can honestly say I have never experienced such kind and caring treatment from people I did not already know! I will be a life-long customer and recommend them with the highest of accolades to anyone and everyone!!!! They turned a most stressful and seemingly hopeless situation into a POSITIVE experience!!! Five stars do not even come close to the extent of their customer service!!!!

I was impressed with the service call. They guided me to exactly what I needed to do to resolve my dryer issue. I would not hesitate to have them out again.

The initial problem...a defective circuit board was repaired. The unit worked, but after a short time started to malfunction due to an unusual secondary problem... compressor failure. Duane would not charge for two additional calls to determine the cause of the secondary malfunction. Due to the 10-year age of the unit, Duane recommended that we replace the appliance. Stellar does mean "guaranteed service"

Duane is excellent at diagnosing issues and repairing appliances. Out 20 plus year old Amana refrigerator’s water dispenser was deemed unrepairable by other repair companies. Duane fixed that and also repaired another issue on our dishwasher today. We would never use any other appliance repair company. Debbie is professional and efficient. Duane is expert at his job. Dependable, trustworthy, reasonably priced and offers expert service. Five stars is not enough!

Duane efficiently diagnosed and repaired a broken wiring harness to restore functionality to my icemaker. This is the second time I have used him and was very pleased with his problem-solving and efficient/cheap repairs both times. Highly recommend! He was also very punctual to the appointment time and communicated his ETA prior to arriving.

EXCELLENT. Duane came out the next day to repair our 18 year old washer. He was prompt, professional, and successfully completed the repair in a very short amount of time. He spoke with my husband regarding the longevity of our machine. Very knowledgeable.

Above and beyond, Duna is so proficient very smart unbelievable did find the problem that we have with our built-in microwave and save our family from remodeling and spent 1000 dollars. I highly recommend him for any work. Debbie also was very nice and sweet thank you again.

Duane was punctual and polite. He examined my dryer and diagnosed 2 problems. The estimate for the repair was $300– basically the motor was dying. He helped me decide that it was too much money to put into a 20 year old dryer. So I did not get the repair done but I appreciated knowing what was wrong. Before he came I gave them the model number and described the issue and he was prepared for the usual repair with proper parts for my dryer. So I was impressed that if it was a typical problem he was prepared to fix it that day. Unfortunately it was worse than the usual.

Duane and Debbie were amazing. The team followed up with me on troubleshooting my Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer in a matter of hours. They fixed an issue I had personally been working on for 2 weeks (Gas dryer flame not staying on for more than 6 seconds) in just 2 hours via text. They were able to communicate via text & e-mail with schematics to troubleshoot the dryer. I was using on line YouTube video and forums but ran out of answers and was ready to buy a NEW dryer. The team saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you Duane and Debbie. I am forever a customer, this will be the first place I contact if I have any future appliance service needs.

After running diagnostics, Duane replaced the ice maker with a new one and tested it. Everything was perfect.

Diagnosed as locked up transmission; got it working again at no extra charge, but was warned this was highly temporary and tranny would need to be replaced. We opted to get a new machine instead of going forward with repair. These folks were incredibly helpful and gracious about everything. I would be happy to have an excuse to interact with them again!

Really well! And the technician looked at our dishwasher at no extra charge. We were having trouble with it being clean and there was streaking on our dishes.
