I would highly recommend Stellar Appliances - I felt they were very professional and operated with integrity. I turned to them after the first repair service I tried did not fix my issue. I have no idea what that person did. I had two appointments with Stellar. Since they were unclear about the previous repair attempt, they ended up replacing my ice maker but did not charge me the full price. While I hope I don’t have to have future appliance repairs, if I do I will go right to Stellar Appliances for help!

They arrived on time after timely and responsive text communication during the pandemic. Followed up and went above and beyond.

This company was hands down the best i have ever worked with. The service tech. Duane was very through in his diagnosis. He was relentless in finding the exact part that went bad before he preformed any repair. Duane explained in plain layman's terms everything he was testing and what each part did. IHe was also ontime for the appt. Right down to the minute. Price's were amazingly low. Debbie in the office was so kind, caring, and responsive it was unreal. What ever your repair needs are this is the company to call. I cannot say enough about the services performed or how fast they were out to my house. Absolutely 100% professional and knowledgeable.

They got me an appointment quick and a hose started leaking so they ordered the part and got that repaired ASAP as well. Very knowledgable technician and friendly phone operator. Also was reasonably priced.

Good. Duane seemed very knowledgeable and methodical in the diagnosis of the problem. Result was that the compressor had crapped out. Cost the same as a new fridge to repair, which I thought was a little pricey (but I've never had one repaired before and am on a budget). But, I think the quality of my old fridge is probably better than the current crop of junk being made (based upon reviews in various publications), Additionally, the new refrigerators have all the bells and whistles /electronics to potentially go bad. For what they do, why do they muck them up with expensive to fix electronics?? Remember when cars didn't have fancy electronics and could be fixed with some plugs a set of points and a condenser??? Additionally, because of dimensions of my old 'fridge (that don't seem to be matched in the new refrigerators, ie: mine is wider and therefore not as deep or tall as the new ones of equal capacity) I 'll probably elect to fix mine. Total cost of service reflects the service call, cost of new compressor and labor to install.

On the phone, Debbie was a delight! Duane came at the time we scheduled and was courteous and efficient. The washer works great. Yesterday our oven wouldn't light. I called (on Saturday---not during their open hours) and they texted me right back and got all the information on the stove, and scheduled him to come on Monday to have a look at the oven. We couldn't be more pleased with Debbie and Duane at Stellar Appliance.

Excellent service. Discovered that the freezer wasn’t working because the evaporate coil in freezer was toast. The part wasn’t being made anymore and so he gave us the bad news that we would have to buy a new fridge soon, as we had a few days left before the fridge would go downhill .

Both Debbie and Duane were extremely helpful and honest that the parts and repairs needed would exceed the value of the refrigerator, (compressor, circuit board, and possibly other electronic parts). Debbie was efficient and friendly when taking my call for repair right before Christmas, and promised to help us get a tech ASAP - which she did! (Other repair shops I called were either closed or said they couldn’t be our until well after Christmas. ) Duane came out on Christmas Eve day, inspected the issues with the fridge and professionally explained the cause of failure, parts needed and cost of each and the risk of other problems even after spending the $900+ to repair that day. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to share his recommendations on finding a good replacement fridge when he didn’t think it logical to repair our current unit. I will call Stellar Appliance Repair again, and highly recommend this company to others looking for quick communications, professional and fair service repairs of their appliances.

Very very well. They got to me in one day! GE couldn’t get to me for two weeks. This was all right before Christmas. Dwayne was very nice. Debbie was extremely friendly and thorough.

Repair technician contacted me and explained the problem base on what I said was wrong. He explained the the problem and said that if I wanted to repair it, it would cost $ 800 to 900. We both agreed that the best option was to purchase a new one.

Service was efficient and well done. They ordered the correct factory part for the machine and the entire operation took 30 minutes total (15 minutes to diagnose, and then 15 for the return trip with the correct part).

Fantastic! I got an appointment for the next day. Service tech, Duane was timely and professional. He was friendly and kind to my dogs as well. The problem was more complicated but he was able to diagnose quickly, get the part and install in two days. He verified using only factory authorized parts and even cleaned the dryer and venting! I am so amazed and impressed at the quality and professionalism. I highly recommend and will absolutely be using them again.
