Very well, from the fist contact to the work being done. Yakov was extremely accommodating to all requests and they offered by far the best value/price for the work. No fast talk, or ghost discounts, nor pushy salesmen calling. Just honest professional service. If all trades had people like this, I would be hiring more and do less myself

Jacob (the owner) came out to personally give us our estimate and actually went on the roof. He personally answered all questions we had throughout the process of selecting shingles, gutter colors, etc. Only 2 of the 6 companies we called went on the roof for our estimate. He was professional, courteous, and punctual. The job was finished earlier than expected as well. We were happy with the whole process. :)

This a locally owned company, the Owner met with us and described the the work to be done and the differences between the various shingle/roof products available-their warranty and price---NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS--I received estimates from two other companies and selected Roof Advance. The crew was very prossional and cleaned up after each day---we had full access to our home and garage each night. The owner inspected the job and met the promised completion date of 2 days. This was a large project (70 Squares of Shingles) and he met his cost estimate---no added costs or fees. Simply put he did what he said he would---I am pleased to recommend his company to friends and neighbors!!

Jakob and his team did a great job. We were very pleased. They had a tight schedule, but they fit us in, and the roof looks great! Jakob answered all my questions on the phone, and he met our real estate agent at the house before we hired him, since we live out of town. The documentation was done via email and it all worked out well.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Jacob and his crews. My home has some complicated roof lines and the Roof Advance crew created a phenomenal system to deal with my rainfall runoff. The gutters and work done was such quality that they surprisingly add visual appeal to my home. I didn't expect that. The roofing crew showed up the same week one morning and completely replaced my pole barn roof in less than a day and it looks great as well. I'm very pleased and was amazed that both crews left the work areas spotless. They even picked up the shingles that had a windstorm had blown off of the old roof and were still strewn around my yard. Wow.

Had three contractors quote out the roof and insulation for my two story colonial. Roof Advance was the only company that actually pulled out a ladder to walk the entire roof before doing a detailed presentation on how each step that would be performed. He reviewed the contract quote and extra charges that could be incurred depending on wood rot. Jakob (salesman) from Roof Advance then presented a price that ended up lower then either of the salesman who came out the following week. Installation was performed in the middle of November delayed by a day due to weather. Phillip's team show up at 7:40 and by 8:00 had the old roof coming off after surrounding the entire house and landscape with heavy plastic to protect the yard. Phillip reviewed the process and answer my questions regarding issues I had with flashing from the siding replacement done three years ago. They were able to complete the installation of the roof/insulation in one day. The crew was friendly and efficient in getting everything done before the sun went down (short winter days). Once the roof was complete they did a clean-up of the entire yard and driveway using a magnet to pick up any stray nails. They also utilized a truck with a lift-bed that allow them to place the old roof into the truck bed from the roof without throwing it down to the ground. That was not the end of the service! Jakob came back out and performed a final inspection by again walking the entire roof to validate installation. In the process he painted my white roof vents to a color matching the shingles improving the curbside view of the house. The was a very positive experience and would highly recommend Roof Advance!

Very well. First of all, the owner of Roof Advance, Yakov Smolyanov, took care of all the business meetings and discussions personally, explaining all options but not pressuring me to buy anything I didn't want. He personally went up on the roof and did the estimate. Before I accepted the estimate I had a few questions. Yakov again came in person, I joined him up on the roof and he very patiently and clearly addressed all my concerns. The lead time was only about two weeks, the actual work was done in one day on the planned date and, with the one minor exception explained below, it was done exactly as planned. Here's an example of his conscientiousness: although I had requested that the existing satellite dish be removed and discarded, it was reinstalled where it had been instead. When Yakov came to inspect the job, he confirmed that the order stated that the dish should have been removed and told me it was no problem to have the dish removed and the affected shingles replaced so there would be no holes. The dish was gone and work done as promised within a couple days.

This was my first time having to change my roof and gutters and didn't know much about it. The owner Jacob was very patient, informative and addressed all my concerns. The workers were on time, very professional and even worked in the rain to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They do quality work and even work with you regarding pricing. I thought the money spent for everything was well worth it. Thanks to roof advance my roof and gutters look wonderful. Fitst I and my neighbors received quotes from three Companies. Roof Advance's estimate and manner of showing all the details of constructive was very professional. Three of us gave the contract to install the roof shingles.We agreed on the timing and work was done efficiently. Their crew was very attentive to details, courteous and very professional. The whole installation process went very smoothly and after work cleaning was done outstandingly. After cleaning is very important because so many nails or other hardwares are scattered around the house. We were very satisfied with all aspects. I can recommend this provider with confidence. My three neighbors got their roof shingles done and were very satisfied.

They did a really good job. I have used Roof Advance 3 different times. They cleaned up well and it took them about 6 hours. They were very professional and demonstrated such care for my property. This is a really good group of people. I highly recommend their service and would use them again.

They are always on time. I have used Roof Advance 3 times for a couple of houses and my office building. The roof was in pretty bad shape so they had some work to do before they could start putting on the new roof. I am very pleased with the timeliness of the project and recommend their service.

The Roof Advance Team did a fantastic job. Very detailed work - was able to fix some rotting fascia boards as well as minimize existing flashing to look clean and top shelf. Fast and efficient. Very fair price. The team moved and/or completely covered up any items that could possibly be damaged. Far above other work done in my neighborhood as of late. Highly recommended.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with Roof Advance - the company I hired to do the job. I had called several roofing companies for estimates and made appointments last Tuesday (6-14). Yakov Smolyanov, the owner of Roof Advance, was able to fit me in his schedule and come out that same day early afternoon (even though I called him that morning). Of the companies I called, he was the ONLY one to climb on the roof to do a thorough inspection. Afterward he took the time to sit down with me and walk me through the entire process on his iPad. He showed me pictures of his equipment, the process involved for a complete roof removal and then step-by-step installation of the new roof. He even had samples of each of the materials to show me that he would be using along with a roof model for demonstration. He spoke of the quality of materials he uses stating he doesn't use the very best but more mid-grade asphalt roof tiles - Atlas Roof Shingles. He mentioned the lowest grade was GAF asphalt tiles (which was the material quoted by the others). When he was done with his presentation and showing me the materials, I was sure I was going to have sticker shock with the estimate. I was wrong. His quote was $1,200 lower than my lowest quote. In my opinion THIS is how you conduct business. Roof Advance is very trustworthy and honest. I hired them right then and there and gave him a deposit. Yakov (pronounced Jacob) provided me with his license and all credentials. He indicated he would pull the permits and would call me within a week with a date they would perform the work. He called me Sunday (gee, a business owner who works on Sundays? That's great in my mind) and wanted to come out first thing Monday (yesterday) 6-20. He was there with his crew and high-end equipment at 7:30 am. He used extra precaution and placed tarps and plywood over anything outdoors to shield/protect it from loose debris. The new roof was installed within 4 hours and my yard and driveway were immaculate. There were no visible signs that any work was performed that morning - except for the new roof that looks just GREAT! I totally recommend this company to anyone. He services all of Southeast Michigan. Most of you know me enough to know that I don't post things very often and when I do, it's usually regarding the rescue and volunteer work that I do. But this company deserves this call out and HIGH RECOMMENDATION. They were the RIGHT PRICE and the RIGHT COMPANY for the job. They are a TOP NOTCH and FIRST CLASS operation!!!

I had storms come through back in July at my rental house and I needed immediate help with my roof and I called 3 companies. Roof Advance was the 1st one to come out and gave me a quote on the spot and emergency tarped my roof. I would not call any but Roof Advance in the future for all my roofing and gutter needs! 1000% please with the whole job from start to finish.

Roof Advance was amazing! We had an estimate on a Wednesday (he was a few minutes early, unlike the other companies who came to give us an estimate), and the price blew our other two estimates away by roughly $1000. After considering our options we decided to go with them and Jacob came back to our house on Thursday to complete the paperwork and get our financing in order. Once we were approved Thursday night he had his crew at our house Friday morning at 7am sharp. They were very professional and efficient with their work. The complete garage roof replacement took 3 hours to complete. His crew was great. We will definitely use Roof Advance again for any roofing and insulation needs and would recommend them to anyone!

On the day of roof installation, the crew arrived promptly at 7:00 AM. The crew was very courteous and covered all the windows with wooden boards. They did the full tear down of the roof and replaced any rotten boards. They then installed the ice and water, drip guards, summit sheet and the shingles on the entire roof. The roof now looks brand new and make the house looks good. They also provided a lifetime warranty for discoloration due to algae deposits. The crew was done with the installation by 1:00 PM and did an excellent job in the roof installation. After the installation they performed a complete clean up and they removed all the trash. Next day Jakob came and walked on the roof to inspect the final installation. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will highly recommend to use roof advance for all the roofing needs.
