Excellent work, as they completed the roof earlier than originally scheduled. More important, all parts of the roof replacement were discussed as options on the quote, as I expected some roof boards would need replacement for example. The cost per board was quoted, the choices of shingles were discussed, and Dominic was knowledgeable and friendly guiding me through the roof replacement process. Their website is also an excellent tool to understand roof replacement and choices, and see samples of their work. I knew someone who had contracted with Roof Advance a few years back who had excellent results, paid a fair price, and overall great experience with this firm. I found the same professional service all around, as the communication was detailed in emails, on the quote, and in-person, and they even have pics of your job in-progress posted on a website for you to see. My husband used to do roofing, and is very picky, so when he inspected the work - he was satisfied in the professional job especially around the chimney and other trouble spots where leaks can occur later. Clean-up was absolutely immaculate, and the entire job was completed in one day. I would hire Roof Advance again, as pricing was slightly below other quotes but the quality of the work was very much an A+!

After making deposit I had to call a few weeks later to learn I was on the schedule. Crew showed up on time and completed the work some day. Did a great job cleaning up.

The process went great from setting up an appointment for an estimate to the work being completed. The estimated time giving to start the project was on point. The staff members were on time, courteous and addressed my questions as the work was being performed. Their clean up process is remarkable. You could not tell they were ever on my property. My neighbor even commented on how well they cleaned up all debris in my yard as well as his yard. I would most definitely hire them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a great roofing company.

From start to finish Roof Advance did an excellent job. The crew was so courteous and very professional. Their clean-up was beyond - wouldn't even know they were there! We had a new roof, gutters and insulation installed. They did an great job and their follow-up was what impressed me the most. Roof Advance was very prompt in coming out which was important since rain/snow was in the weather forecast The person who did the repair was kind enough to take some photos of the lost shingle area with my camera so I could submit a claim to the shingle manufacturer. The claim was successful and covered the full cost of the repair work.

I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roof Advance came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 4-5 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roof Advance was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. I would definitely hire them knowing that if they are honest enough to tell me the truth about needing a roof then they certainly will hold up their word on the workmanship . Thanks Roof Advance!

Discovered a small hole in the roof while cleaning gutters. Checked attic and in ran through to the plywood. Looked like tree branch had come down and punctured a hole. Called Roof Advance and they came for an estimate the next day and worked me into their production schedule. Cost for the actual repair came in under the original estimate, price was very reasonable. Repair looks great, can hardly tell a difference from the existing shingles. Glad they could help with such a small job, will definitely consult when the time comes for a new roof.

We really like the results of the work. We had a good experience with the timeliness of when people showed up, the coordination of the pieces of the project, and how quickly each piece was completed. They cleaned up well, did good work, and were courteous. We liked how Philip coordinated everything and kept up with what was going on.

My neighbor and I both had old roofs that needed to be replace. Roof Advance came out and gave us a reasonable price with a good warrantee. I have many years in the building industry and the work they dis was all very high quality and we were well pleased with the job.

I shopped four of Angie's List's top rated roofing companies in my area, Roof Advance being one of them. Jakob by far was the most helpful and timely in answering my questions, concerns and getting me a complete quote. Other companies gave incomplete quotes or took forever to get a complete quote, others sent out "Sales Men" who only knew how to sell the company line but yet could not answer questions outside of their memorized sales pitch. Jakob by far was the most knowledgeable, honest, and to top it off... the best priced (Thousands less than the others). I am the type of consumer who is willing to spend more for better quality sytems and materials, but with Roof Advance I got both great quality and price. His crew did an excellent job in doing everything that I had asked to be done and did a great job of getting my 12-12 pitch house roof and garage done in one day. Excellent. Price was incredible. I do residential building damage assessment for a large insurance company for a living so I am familiar with what things cost. Their price was so low that I was almost suspicious of it. Work was completed on time, in one day, with no issue. While replacing some roof decking one of the workers put their foot though a rotted spot and through the drywall on a ceiling. the owner, Yakkob, Made sure it was taken care of and gave me several options to take care of it. IMO the mark of a good business is how they correct mistakes and handle problems. he was 100% on top of it. They also cleaned my gutters for free, and the put ridge vent on my garage, and installed insulation baffles in my attic without me asking for no extra charge, I could not be happier and have already recommend them to several other people.

They arrived when they said they would, did good work and best of all did a very good clean up. You wouldn't have known they had been there if you didn't see them.

Excellent team from front office (Jakob) to team that did a full tear-off and reroof. The roof looks excellent, the price was good, and they did a thorough clean up afterwards. Can't be more pleased!

Fast! This is a 2-story house on the Old West Side. The roof and the skylights were done in one day, and the rain gutters were put on the following business day in the afternoon. They cleaned up, and Phillip came back to check the work and make one minor correction.
