Excellent. Very professional. Showed up on time and performed to agreed contract. Cleaned up job site very well. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

I really like the new roof, it looks nice. I'm very happy with the service. Randy was very helpful and followed up with my husband and I after the job was finished. I think we got a lot for our money.

The guys who showed up were very polite and were very helpful. We were worried about damage to our landscaping, but they were so careful. The roof looks great! We got metal valleys which I didn't even know was a thing, but after Bill showed me some examples we decided to go for it. I'm glad we did because we have the best looking house on the block now! The 50 year warranty was a bonus too. A guy from the GAF factory came out and inspected the roof and said it was perfect. We recommended them to my parents who also need work. Glad we found them!

The estimate they provided was very detailed, including pictures of the roof. They explained everything they thought had to be done, Additional soffits were installed to improve circulation. Several sheets of plywood had to be replaced. The chimney needed tuck pointing, a new cap, and new flashing. The work was performed by a crew that worked very hard, pretty much non-stop through the days they were at the house. If something needed to be discussed they found me right away to discuss and keep me informed. The most important thing is that during the spring after the work was done I had a slight leak at the corner of the chimney. It happened after a hard rain. I contacted Bill, the president, and he sent a crew out to fix the problem. After the first try there was still a problem. He sent out another crew and they completely re-did the flashing around the chimney and re-sealed the brick. After that we had a couple of hard rains and no leak re-appeared. I very much appreciate that Bill and the company stood behind their work and corrected the problem in a timely fashion.

They just showed up without any appointment. Luckily my husband was home. We paid them to move our thing in the barn loft. I had lots of ceramic molds up there were some that had been broken, but when they were done they had taken all my molds and threw them into a large pile in the middle of the floor. When we asked about this before we paid the final billing, someone came out stated that they would not charge us for using more plywood on the loft floor if we let that go. We were given just a total they never broke it down to how many sheets they were using. We paid the bill then two weeks later we get a lean on the property saying the bill was not paid. This was sent out eight day after the bill had been paid. I called them and he said he didn't know anything about it. They do a do a good job on the roofing, but all the other things that happened is why I wouldn't use them again.

The experience leading up to (discussion on services, costs, payments, etc) was very good. The roof looks great, and there was an issue with the siding, but RHI sent someone out to pick up the siding, match the paint, paint it and come back out to put it back on. They also brought in another company to do some gutter work, and all that went well. The only downfall, are the cigarette butts and water bottle caps that we have found in our landscaping around the house.

Complete roof tear off and replacement. Absolutely amazing workmanship and quality materials. My new roof from Rapid Roofing looks great! Any concerns I had were addressed by Bill Beaty and I must say this is a company you don't have to worry about getting taken advantage of. Bill puts customers first and takes customer satisfaction seriously. Go with these guys and you won't regret it.

This was a fairly involved job. I have a flat roof over a garage that the previous owner intended to build on, but I didn't. The flat rubber roof tended to pool water and not drain properly. Also had a couple of leaks in the shingle roof last winter with all the snow/ice. The gutters on the house were the cheap plastic kind where the joints frequently come apart and leak. Also the siding on the house was done by a previous owner - kind of an amatuerish job. I called Rapid Home Improvement to get an estimate on all of those items, though the only one I knew for certain that I wanted to do was the roof. Mike Beaty came out, talked to us about various options (including the idea of a metal roof), and came up with an estimate for each piece of the work. We ended up contracting for all the pieces, though we went with shingles instead of metal for the roof. All the workers who came out were courteous and professional. Most were only here for one day, so I don't remember their names. The siding/trim guys (Alex and Chris, I think) were here for about two weeks. Nice guys and great looking work. I can't really say how they compare on price with other companies, since I didn't get any competitive bids. We were impressed enough with Mike and we wanted to have one company handle all the things that needed to be done, so we just went with their bid. No regrets, on that.

By far, the most professional estimate. Came out and sat down with us to discuss what we wanted. Came back out with the estimate and went over everything in detail. They provided pictures of the attic and where they needed to replace wood. Started immediately and then they worked around the 3 weeks of rain!! They left a gutter and forgot to cut some vents, but came right out as soon as they knew, to take care of everything. While the price looks high, it's due to the chimney fix. The roof part was competitive with the other estimates.

Mike met the competitors price without hesitation. There crew was prompt, neat and did an excellent job. They did the roof during this horribly cold weather and lots of snow but they fit it in in this small window of opportunity. Would use them again! very happy.

Bill Beaty, the owner provided a very comprehensive presentation of the Roofing System that he was proposing for our job. He offered three different grades of roofing shingles that gave me a good set of product options. I appreciated his technical professionalism with the product and his company's process. It was a pretty big roof replacement project and Rapid brought out a sizeable crew that completely removed the old roof and installed the large majority of the new roof on the first day. The crew completely cleaned up the area around the house before they left for the night. A smaller crew returned on the second day and completed the job by mid afternoon and again completely cleaned up the perimeter of our house before leaving for the day. Rapid was very flexible on the payment options including a one-year-same-as-cash option. I found Bill Beaty to be very willing to make the extra effort to ensure that I was fully satisfied. I was so impressed with the Rapid Home Improvement performance that I contracted with them again to replace a number of windows as a follow-up project. He sub-contracted the work to an excellent Windows replacement team and again went out of his way to make sure that all issues were quickly and effectively addressed.

They wer wonderful. They were quick, efficient, came when they said they would and did a terrific job. We loved the way they did the estimate. They even coordinated with the solar connector on our roof.

Rapid came out and did the job quickly with minimal inconvenience to me. After the job was done, they cleaned up everything, and even went over the lawn/yard with a rolling magnet to make sure there weren't any metal pieces laying around that could be harmful to pets. The company followed up after the job to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was.

Performed the work as needed to repair the roof and protect for possible future mold build up in attic. Great job!

Everything was great! Bill, the owner, was very responsive to any issues and answered all of our questions. Furthermore, his workers were very nice, did excellent work, and completed the job quickly. They had everything done in a day and a half.

This company is very prompt and professional. The owner made an appointment that fit my schedule, showed up promptly, didn't just explain my options but also demonstrated the differences in materials and workmanship. I will be using them very soon to get my roofing needs addressed.

We did not use this company after the estimate was much higher than any other competitors. I question their adding costs due to the size of our roof when no other companies added to their estimates in a similar fashion. Se above statement for details.

Rapid Home Improvement came around 10 in the morning and were done by 4:30 in the afternoon. My experience with them went well. They did the whole roof. I got an Angie's List coupon for like $5999 and then my roof was like 1000 square feet larger so than it was like $3300 more.

They did a great job. The guy that did the work was very friendly and explained everything to us thoroughly and actually pointing the problems out to us.

They were efficient and finished the project in two days. They cleaned up well and did everything they said they would.

The roofers showed up on time, however, it took on average 1-2 days to hear back from the company if concerns came up after the work was done.

From the salesman through the crew and office personnel, extremely professional and helpful and responsive.

Excellent-from estimate phase to clean-up phase.

Good consultation; great work; good follow up.

They did the job in one day with 10 people. They were flexible when unexpected damage was discovered. They did a quality job and it was a great clean up.
