Description of Work: Had a tank check provided by Jack Spack. Thankfully everything was ok. But I got a lot of bonus information about my system, field and pipes connecting to my home. The service tech was quick, clean and left my yard looking great after having to dig up the tank cover. I will call them again if I need their help for sure.

Description of Work: Emptied septic tanks. Previous servicer could not find our second tank but this team found it within a few minutes and emptied it. Prompt and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Opened up and cleaned out our septic tanks. This involved digging around the lids, pumping out, replacing the lids, and putting the dirt/sod back. The work went fine with no problems and the employee of Spack was courteous and responsive.

Description of Work: This provider was to check septic/well for prepurchase O.K. preceding sale of our home. After waiting two weeks for their report, we found they misplaced our phone number and made no effort to contact us as to report although we were waiting to proceed with sale of house. Finally we contacted them ourselves to find out delay and was told about tele number being misplaced but worst news was our well report failed. Water would have to be chlorinated. This was a problem to us as several months prior we did out own water test at county office and was told it passed well within range. Before having this company charge an additional fee, we contacted county office again and was told there was no problem with our water supply. After holding up our closing due to this screw-up, got call from provider that they "had made a mistake." They had done another well test same day for another home on our street and that home was the one that failed not ours. Can you imagine how that homeowner felt after hearing they had passed and then they did not and had additional costs involved. Needless to say, this provider put us through some anxious days preceding our closing on our home.
