Majic Window Company

I had a great experience with Majic; started with a great sales person (though I'd been contacted several times with them coming to my door, I wasn't ready to do my windows when first contacted). The measurement guy was great also as was the installation crew (Marshall with Conner). The whole install team was respectful, friendly, efficient, attentive and they went above and beyond. I was schedule rather short notice as an opening came up in the schedule earlier than I expected, so they helped me get my blinds down and furniture pulled back (though I was supposed to do it ahead of time!). Then they even helped me put my blinds back on the rod hooks as I'm a single lady and it's a heavy job for one person to lift and balance as the thing was so long and taller than me! Really pleased with my new windows so far, but only had them a day, so perhaps more to say later!

Clean efficient and friendly.

I wanted to go the extra mile for Majic because their team did so for me. They got my house right the first time measure twice cut once. This mindset rings thru every person I spoke with. From the beginning thru picking up my check in person I felt good about my purchase and the installation was excellent. I will recommend Majic to my friends who need home improvements.

Our order was supposed to be at the beginning of October, I called twice to the order department to get an estimate of the install date, and never received a return phone call. I called our sales rep, and he was supposed to look into it and have someone call me back, and they never did. I finally worked my way around their phone system and got an actual person a week later. I was told our order would not be in until November. When scheduling the installation, they gave us a 4-hour window to expect the installers in. They showed up 3 hours later, we were supposed to be their first job of the day. They apparently grabbed the wrong order and had to return to the warehouse, to get the right one so they could install it. I had to call again, wondering where they were. My husband had to take the day off of work, to be at the house to oversee the install. Very disappointed in their customer service. We are repeat customers, we did not get this run-around the first time, or we would not have placed another order. I understand that there is a virus going around, but that does not cancel out good customer service that is returning a telephone call.

Great windows, very warm, and cuts down road noise.

The sales representative was very nice and informative. The installers were professional and friendly and the installers cleaned up any mess they made. I would recommend Majic Window Company to anyone.

My fiance and I initially contacted the company for a consultation/estimate for 9 windows and a doorwall that (while being pella's) have gradually broke down over the last 20+ years. We ended up deciding to go with Majic (best product for the money) after considering 2 other previous estimates from other companies. Matthew Staley was the salesman and gave us a time line of 8-12 weeks till installation. Katie contacted us at the front end of that timeline (a couple days past the 8 weeks) and they were installed 2 weeks ago August 12th. I have extensive landscaping and stamped concrete around my house and was worried a bit about damage but #1 they arrived at 8am and were done around 4pm #2 went out of their way to not damage anything and had everything cleaned up and were gone by 5pm. The biggest thing we have noticed so far is that we can no longer hear our (sometimes obnoxious) neighbors as much anymore due to how well the windows are insulated. We did white frames with real wood interiors and overall would rate the experience from start to finish a 10/10.

Never in my life have I been treated like this as a customer. It has been 10 weeks since they measured our windows. 12 weeks since they happily took 10k for the downpayment. The contract states 6 weeks from measurements. Our salesman told me and my husband that we should expect installation around the end of July. Here we are encroaching on the end of August - no windows. The salesman claims he never said that; even though my Husband and I heard the exact same thing and it matches up to the timeline on contract. I have never received an update without having to contact them. I have reached out twice and was treated as though I was bothering him. The first time he said he look into it and call me back on Monday...that was 3 Mondays ago... I guess he did not tell me which Monday (?) I am a reasonable person, and I expect people to stick to their word. At this moment I am completely disappointed that we spent so much money to be treated like trash. I will update this review when/if we ever actually get our windows installed.

Very friendly company. Everyone did a great job from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to others.

Marshall, Chris, and Israel installed 18 new windows in our home. The team did a great job. They were very pleasant to work with. One tip - don't sign a contract until you get a bunch of discounts applied.

Had Joe Garza and his crew install new fiberglass doorwall and what a difference from the first day looking forward to having them back to finish the entire house if your looking for windows I highly recommend this company

Absolutely love my new fiberglass windows They sent Rob and Andy Installers were very professional and covered my hard wood floors with blankets so they did not scratch them. I purchased 22 windows and a doorwall Majic is Highly Recommended As I have already told my neighbor who is looking for New Windows Thanks Again
