I asked him numerous time that, if the quote he was providing would include the cost of decking. He assured us that it would. 4 days after the install was complete, the company called me, to inform me that they used more OSB than they quoted me for, and that would be an additional $1820. They then proceeded to pressure me into payment over the phone because I said I would like think on how to pay the amount. When I communicated my issue to them regarding how to contract was presented they responded that their salesman circled the section of the contract. If I were to tell a client they had collision coverage numerous times, but circled on the contract they only had PLPD, I would still be misrepresenting the contract. Majic provided me with photos of the roof to try and back up their claim. I'm not a roofer, so I reached out to roofers I know to examine the photos. Majic is claiming they installed 28 OSB boards. The roofers I spoke to, say from the photos it looks like they only installed 11. So I communicated this to Majic, and said I'd be willing to pay for 9 boards, as the contract only covered 2. They never responded. I then received an email from the financing company for this project that an amount of 15,345 was approved, with the memo from the merchant that this was the final price plus the extra wood. This being exactly $1820 more than the agreed $13,525 on my contract. It's mind blowing that a company that claims to be upstanding would operate in such a dishonest manner. Especially considering the salesman knew I was a disabled veteran.

They cut out a window and stold the screen. then denied any responsibility. we told them about the screen but didn't realise they prepped the window for replacement unrill rain started poring in. After multiple phone calls without returns, I They said I couldn't prove it was them. Nothing Iwas wrong with the window before they showed up.

This company is terrible

First of all, I have rated this organization with 5 stars. The product is first class, the installation team was very professional and did a superb job. 16 windows in 6 hours was quite impressive. However, there is a slight downside. (not enough to reduce their star rating but a slight concern). I had read several reviews stating that installation schedules had been delayed multiple times. As we were due to move furniture and remove all window treatments I wanted to confirm the installation date. The day before the scheduled appointment I left voice-mail messages for the installation group, the scheduling group and Sales. I have not received ANY replies, either before install or after. Consequently we had not removed all window treatments on the scheduled date, so when the crew (did show up it was a bit of a rush to do that. This lack of communication does not bode well if we ever need to get in touch for possible warranty work. Having said that, we are delighted with the job done.

Austin and his crew were phenomenal. On time, very pleasant., hard working and spotless clean up. Couldnâ t get any better!

Austin and his crew of Joe and Patrick were so professional and courteous. Everything is done 100% . My new windows look great. I also found out that Patrick is a Navy veteran. Thank you for your service sir.

Billy's crew did a great job!! They took out a large block glass window on the 2nd floor, which was a tedious time consuming job. They replaced that opening with 3 new windows. They also replaced 2 sliders doors in the basement. The whole job took only 6 hours. I expected it to be at least a 10hr job. The crew was very respectful. They put drops cloths on the carpeted stairs as they were constantly in and out of the house. I never heard complaining or any negativity while they worked. They seemed to enjoy their job while doing quality work. I would highly recommend Billy's crew.

The installers for Majic Window Company did a superb and high quality job on installing our roof. The materials that were used were the best in the industry. The cleanup after the installation was fantastic and we are very grateful for their skill in conducting this project. In addition to the roof installation itself, as a free bonus, they insulated our attic as well to insure maximum weather protection. We are very grateful for their efforts to help maintain our home with high quality materials and efficient installation. James H

Do not let a salesman in your home Do not sign a contract Do not believe anything they tell you Do not waste your money Contact any other window company or the 4th grade class at your local school, they will do a better job

Magic window installed new fiber glass windows on my new house. We first had issues with install and getting the correct bathroom installed took 12 weeks for new fiber glass come in. Lady by name jamie was great with helping us resolve all are issues and getting the job done correctly. Thanks jamie. Terra the tech thsy came out to fix issues and install righr bathroom window did wonderful job. Big shout out to terra the install and did the caulk work she rocks great work terra. Overrall statyed rockey but they stood up to there wprd and did a great job thanks magic windows. Thanl yoy agian jamie and terra and other team that installed window first

I do not recommend anyone buy windows from this company. From the unprofessional salesman (Michael H.) to the unprofessional installers and customer service. It took me a long time to write about my situation because I was embarrassed. Every day I come home, I have to look at these windows with screens showing on the outside when they should have been on the inside. It is my fault for trusting an unprofessional salesman who claimed he was a professional at selling windows. I have a 550-square-foot house with screens showing from the outside, all because I trusted Majic Window Company. I seriously think they are just hiring these guys off the street to sell and install their windows. My first review was about how messy the caulk was left on the windows and how they left sharp edges showing that my grandkids could cut themselves on. Another point I made that I was not informed about was that they would use thick wood trim to finish the inside of the windows, and I would have to paint them. (another thousand bucks) My blinds do not fit anymore, so I have to spend more money again. When I spoke to my salesman, Michael H., he told me that he forgot to tell me and that he was sorry. This would have been a deal breaker for me, but of course they are just trying to sell their windows and are not worried about the customer. A guy named Brian called me and asked if I could take my post down and maybe they could help me in a few months. I did, but I decided to repost because people need to be informed when they make a huge purchase like this. As of today, more than a month later, I have not heard from them. So it is my duty to let people know what kind of company this is. Right your wrong, Majic.

When we bought our house, I knew that the windows were in bad shape and would eventually need replacing. Unfortunately, the need to replace them came sooner rather than later. Once my husband brought the duck tape to keep a window closed, I knew it was time to bite the bullet and get them replaced. I had heard about Majic Windows through my sister. Her and her husband got their windows replaced over a year ago and raved about the entire process - from sales and contract to the installation crew. I could not agree more. Drew was our sales rep and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the whole process. He really made sure we were getting what we needed and gave us recommendations that would be best for us long term. Austin and his crew showed up to installed the windows and we were blown away by this part of the process too! For starters, the windows are incredible! You can see the quality in every detail. On top of that, Austin and his crew were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Austin answered all of my questions I had throughout the process. They removed over 35 windows and replaced them all and every part of that process was cleaned up. My husband was amazed that we had a crew cutting holes in the house and installing windows and there was not even 1 piece of evidence left behind. Again, from sales to product to installation to customer service - it was worth every penny to us. I highly recommend Majic Windows!

I highly recommend Phil ans his crew!! Professional team of men , made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job! They even redid my caulk from a few years ago when I had them install my main front window! They cleaned up spotless!! Appreciate the level of professionalism they came armed with!! Thanks Majic!

They are not cheap but then as I am realizing you get what you pay for, so yes its more money but its garaunteed for 50 years. We met with the rep Nate Dikker ; we didn't know what to ask, what to expect, we were nervous having him in our home, our roof is leaking on the inside, our windows are so old they are the originals in the house. My house is a roofers nightmare seriously. We also have three cats two dogs and two grandchildren that ran around constantly; Nat tuned them out but would tune in every now and then to humor the kids. He unjudgingly went through our house, he could see we desperately needed help and he jumped in. The quote was a chunk but ya know what I took the warranty for fifty years I will never have to worry about my roof as long as I live. Infact the roof will probably outlive me who knows. My windows oh my windows again samething no judging went right too work and I could feel he felt bad for us. Even at the Builders show they were friendly professional I heard only good things from each of the reps we spoke with about the company and how they are happy with who they work for and what they represent. If an employee stands behind the company as much as they did you know its a repitable company besides Mort Crim stands behind them.

Majik installed my windows today and the Crew was outstanding. Marshall and his team were great! They replaced 21 windows and did the entire job within 8 hours. I'm not able to give the windows a 5-star rating yet, because they were just installed, but I can definitely give Marshall's crew 5-stars!

We used this service to replace our door wall and to replace 8 windows. As stated by another reviewer, Howard Brophy was our agent. Howard was excellent: professional, thorough, flexible, and personable. He let us know that it would be about four months from the time we signed until the windows would be installed. About four months later they called to schedule an installation date. The installers were great. Very polite and workmanship was very good. Unfortunately the installers were short handed and to make matters worse they got held up on 696 for almost an hour. As such they did not have time to complete the trim work before dark. They were also hampered by the poor measurements made by the Majic measurement guy. His measurements were off by at least a quarter inch all the way around. Enough to where the trim did not cover the gap between three of the windows and the trim. The installer had to add additional quarter round to cover the gap. Now the door wall was measured correctly and it looks great. I will say the product is excellent, although expensive. One con is you have to pay up front for the entire cost of the project. Most contractors you pay 1/3 at signing, 1/3 at start and 1/3 at completion. This is a company that has been in business for a long time. I feel most of the problems stem from miss measurements and the quality of installation crew. As such I recommend them with reservations. The build quality is great. This is a very solid product which is supplied by the Inline fiberglass company. As a contractor, your mileage may vary. They are fairly easy to reach, and the office personnel are cordial and professional. But as with any company satisfaction is really determined by the people who actually do the work. So the individual who did the measurements really hurt the ratings that I gave the company. Had he got it right this would have been four if not a four and half star review.

We used this service to replace our roof and to replace 4 windows. Howard Brophy was our agent. Howard was excellent: professional, thorough, flexible, and personable. The roof was installed in one day, and they even did a wonderful job cleaning up. The new windows are also terrific.

Fast and professional install

Marilyn in Oxford, Mi. Windows were installed efficiently and professionally. The Sales person Matt was very informative and windows were installed according to his timeline given at point of sale. The best overall was the feedback from Eve in customer service. She really moved things along for our project of 5 new windows replaced. She communicated same day a question was raised and coordinated within Majic to get things done in a timely manner!

I had Austin's crew come out for my install, they were the defination of professionals. Every member could answer any and all questions I had during install. Austin was very helpful breaking everything down and keeping me informed before and after job care. Great group of workers I was glad to have them do my install
