Any errors in their installation process, they were quick to recognize and correct. They showed a great level of customer service.

What i wanted was a new roof installed as well as new gutters all the way around my house that i just purchased, the quote that i was given seemed ok but still a little steep for the size of roof i have, which is only 700 square feet or so.. They charged me almost 8 grand to strip the old roof and install the new roof which was supposed to include new gutters as well.. It's been a couple of weeks and i never got my gutters, i tried multiple times to contact them to see what was going on, mainly to get an estimated install date, i haven't recieved a message or call back for almost two weeks.. there right up of the estimate was very vague and poorly hand written, i even recieved a call from a guy at the office asking me how i liked the service and i told him that as soon as my gutters were installed then it would be A , sad part is that he acted like he had no clue as to what i was talking about when i mentioned the gutters and stated that they were not on the paper that was turned in to them.. this entail really pissed me off especially since i know what i requested at the very beginning and what was supposed to be included.. I'm not paying until the job is completed like it's supposed to and i get what I'm supposed to get..

Windows and doors are on order after a misunderstanding with salesman about 3 day right of refusal. Co owner called, straightened everything out and we expect the job to be completed by Thanksgiving.

I found the project manager and his crew did an excellent job. I was very appreciative that the project manager suggested a different color of drip edge. He made a special trip to Home Depot to get the correct color. The crew got the job done in one day! Not expecting that, and I was very grateful. They worked very hard from 9-8. Don't be afraid to get an estimate

This review was very hard to do due to the fact the work has not been done yet. I was contacted by the owner immediately after my 1st attempt at a review. He assured me that everything was going as planned. Thank you Tom [consumer name withheld at their request]

The installers were very punctual, on the job faithfully & bard working. Very courteous & respectful!!!
