*SENIORS OR VETS.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* 1. Booked in August for Siding, windows, gutters. Work didn't start until Late February. 7 Months later! I was told it would be done in 6-8 weeks. 2. A year later and the Flash and Trim on my siding is popping loose everywhere. A piece fell off and I called 3 times over 2 months for my WARRENTY work. Promises only... No work! 3. Knowing that more Flash and Trim will pop off during the winter, I'm going to get another company here to redo my flash and trim before it falls off. 4. Send Source One the Bill.

Good price just had to follow up to get materials picked up. The truck could not accommodate the materials on the day it was completed.

They were the BEST, They did quit a lot of work on my home tore off all the singles replaced all the bad wood. Put new tar paper and put new vents in tore out all the old wet moldy insulation and replaced it and made everything like new at least 15 sheets of plywood and the new fiberglass paper. They did this all and even cleaned up after they did suck a great job I made them lunch.

I had the project installed last fall. Since the installation (that took over 3 weeks to complete), the siding has fallen off of the house three different times. I am embarrassed to have hired them.

Installation was absolutely GREAT. Kailey and her crew communicated with us every step on the way and they always answered any of our questions. The installation of the Sky tunnels was outstanding (Thanks Nick).

My roof looks great. However there were some concerns I had as a result of installing the roof that I wasnâ t too happy about how it was handled.

Expert roofing company I can always depend on. I have used Source One for a number of house repair projects, over the years. Most recently they installed my new roof. I could not be more satisfied with the installation. They always showed up on time, and the work was perfect! In the past, they have installed numerous new windows in my home and added stylish vinyl siding. They have basically had to rebuild my old house into a palace! Really love these guys, always took care of me. They are honest, sharp, and one great construction company!

Any errors in their installation process, they were quick to recognize and correct. They showed a great level of customer service.

What i wanted was a new roof installed as well as new gutters all the way around my house that i just purchased, the quote that i was given seemed ok but still a little steep for the size of roof i have, which is only 700 square feet or so.. They charged me almost 8 grand to strip the old roof and install the new roof which was supposed to include new gutters as well.. It's been a couple of weeks and i never got my gutters, i tried multiple times to contact them to see what was going on, mainly to get an estimated install date, i haven't recieved a message or call back for almost two weeks.. there right up of the estimate was very vague and poorly hand written, i even recieved a call from a guy at the office asking me how i liked the service and i told him that as soon as my gutters were installed then it would be A , sad part is that he acted like he had no clue as to what i was talking about when i mentioned the gutters and stated that they were not on the paper that was turned in to them.. this entail really pissed me off especially since i know what i requested at the very beginning and what was supposed to be included.. I'm not paying until the job is completed like it's supposed to and i get what I'm supposed to get..

Windows and doors are on order after a misunderstanding with salesman about 3 day right of refusal. Co owner called, straightened everything out and we expect the job to be completed by Thanksgiving.
